Jelly Bean Child Care Centre

We sent out two kids to Jelly Bean over the course of nearly 8 years. Needless to say, the 8-year duration says it all.

Both of our kids thoroughly enjoyed the time they were there and both flourished. The educators were amazing, always caring and loving. They always communicate on a timely manner and are transparent about everything. We loved the safety measures they have in place and felt completely worry-free having them there. If you are looking for quality care with a safe and fun environment, then this is the place for you. Thanks Cindy and the whole educator team!

Our Family would highly recommend Jellybean Childcare Centre! Something that stood out to us as a Family was the Professionalism and Helpfulness of the Educators, nothing seemed to hard to assist with. The Educators are extremely Helpful and Knowledgeable with any of our Concerns! Our Child has certainly thrived since commencing, watching their day unravel on Story Park is a highlight while I'm at work! It just makes my day receiving special emails about how their day is going! The Grandparents love being linked to Story Park, they can watch her achieve her milestones too! The Centre has an Open Door Policy, you can pop in anytime and spend time with your little one prior to Enrolling, this certainly assisted us with our nerves when first trying to find care!

My son now 9 went to jellybeans from infant to preschool and my daughter now 5.5 went from infant to preschool and graduated last year. She loved the place so much she had been asking me to go back and visit her old teachers as she misses them since moving to prep. They have a very low turnover of staff as my son and daughter 4 years difference had the same educators throughout. They are kind and welcoming and very approachable. She had about 5 favourite teachers and they are always having fun, dressing up days and celebrating birthdays. One of the Staff has a party with the kids each year for his birthday. They have people coming in showing animals and reading story’s, aboriginal elders visits. It’s truly a Place I didn’t need to worry about my children whilst there. Also price wise competitive.

My Son has recently commenced at Jellybeans in the Kindy Room! It's amazing to see the connection he has with his Educators, in such a short time they have become our extended Family! We loved the fact they encouraged us to come and spend time at the Centre prior to Enrolling, this helped our Son become familiar with the Room Educators prior to starting.

I highly recommended Jelly Bean Child Care Centre to any parents that have concerns about the safety and the caring for their children while leaving in this Childcare facility. I was in your shoes once before with a lot of questions and the what ifs before I committed to enrol my child to attend this childcare. My child started here when he was 10 months old and now still there and he will be in school next year. The caring and love given/provided and the honest communication and transparency of the admin/co ordination of this centre and its educators are phenomenal, not only to my own child but I’ve seen it to all the other children attending this facility. Which for me as a parent I can rest assured that my child is in good hands while I’m not there during the working hours and I wish I knew about this with my other older kids as they had a really hard time with other child care facilities. Thank you Cindy and all the educators of JBCC for your unconditional caring and love to my child and all the children in the centre.

I have worked for jellybeans on and off for almost 7 years the staff are fantastic and the children always happy and cared for, run by an amazing boss who always does her beat to put all the staff needs as a priority she has been a great help and support to me in times of cricis i can not wait to have the staff help me look after my little boy when i need to go back to work =)

Utter disgraceful center I have ever sent my child to nothing but money hungry people that just wants your money doesn’t care about looking after the kids ! always loosing our child’s property with no explanations oh I could go on always got phone calls saying my child has been bit or hit cause of no supervision of my child as well as he falls off a bike and has a head injury I got no call !! And their excuse was “I forgot” PATHETIC!! I wouldn’t recommend this center to anyone and if I could rate this with a ZERO STAR I would !! Not impressed at all.
