The reception team is always really friendly. My whole family has been going here since we moved to the Coast. Our Dr is professional and cares about his patients. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient at the Practice since it was opened in about 1997. Over that time there has been a lot of traumaatic experiences such as my husband's death, accidents, illnesses, vaccinations, etc. etc. attended to and referrals made to specialists and hospitals plus much more. I am most grateful of the ongoing attention into my old age that I have been given and the wonderful personal attention by my doctor - Joanna East. I can't say thank you enough.

Reception staff are always so friendly and helpful. The time that is taken in all consultations I’ve experienced is comforting and helps to feel you are getting the best support.

Greg Reading and all the friendly Doctors and Staff are absolutely Fantastic - we wouldn't go anywhere else for our health care and don't intend to change.

I saw my GP at Maroochy Waters Medical Practice this afternoon and spent a fair while discussing my health concerns of the past two months. There have been a lot of changes and as always I felt heard and listened to. After various phone calls to pharmacist and local hospital, a couple of changes were made regarding my medication.
I did not feel rushed in any way, which is why I travel 30 minutes to attend this medical practice.
The girls on reception are always bright and cheerful and very welcoming.
Nothing is ever too much trouble..

I have been going to the Maroochy Waters Medical Practice for the past 8 years. The doctors, nursing staff and reception staff are always friendly, professional and welcoming. Although I have a regular doctor who is amazing, on the few occasions I have seen any of the other doctors there, I have found them to be caring, and always willing to take the time needed to listen to my concerns.

5 star service from Dr Marshall and staff to co-ordinate a recent Pilot medical renewal. Well done all round.

There are usually waits, but the qualifications and competency of the doctors are never in question. Exchanges are pleasant and the waiting room atmosphere reflects the feelings of patients present.
