Lived here for about a year and I gotta say, hands down the best experience I've ever had short of a 5 star hotel (granted I had to clean my own apartment).

Awesome facilities ranging from a Turkish sauna, dry sauna, pool and fully kitted out gym to on demand dry cleaning, massages and car washes.

But by far the people who made it such an awesome experience was the concierge and building management team. They go out of their way to organise regular events, are available 24/7 quite literally and just good people. Will definitely miss this place and a sincere thanks to Ahmed, Piers and the rest of the team for making Abian such a great place to live! (If I could give 6 stars, I would)

Five star service from concierge. Always so helpful, polite and exceptional. Lots of really amazing things about this building and a nice and easy place to live. Great facilities and I just wish it had a rooftop pool.

An amazing building offering some if the most iconic architecture in Brisbane. We have had the pleasure of selling the highest resale prices within the building at $4,500,000; $4,210,000 & $3,900,000 since 2018. As a local resident in the building, the amenities, concierge service and convenience of its location underpin the success of Abian!

Hyper attentive and polite concierge. Having leased several units in the building all of our tenants speak incredibly highly of this luxury complex.

i just wanna yeet myself in there when im at school, the pools and rooms are nice, the bontanic gardens were boring but hey i like it, just improve the aircon because it turns in for a while then turns off again.

grate place and this sculpture reminds me of teeth.

To be honest having to deal with a management like this just only makes you wish to go away and stay very far from their office. Totally incompetent and dishonest to say the least. I m open to receive a call from you, but that won’t happen.
