Thanks to Brian at Woodworkers for helping me with the selection and supply of the timber components for 3 privacy screens that I have since fitted to my new casements windows (which Were also supplied by Woodworkers). I received great customer service and a few tips from the extensive showroom where I could view a standard privacy screen installation, which certainly helped with my project. I went looking for doors last Saturday, Andrew the guy was not interested in helping us, sat behind his desk a gave us a catalogue to look at, no questions or queries did he ask until I said I would like to see the actual products, it was like it was an effort throwing the slides in and out and pointing at handles from behind the desk He just lost $15,000 sale
