Nailbox is THE best nail salon in Brisbane.
I have been coming to see Boi and her crew religiously every 3 weeks since they've opened.

I have recommended them to all my circle of friends and family (and clients who continuously comments on how great my nails always are). All of the people I recommend to always come back and tell me how they've been converted!

It's sad to see entitled people leaving unjust 1 start reviews just because they can't plan their own schedule properly and feel the need to place blame on a wonderful hard working business.

If you want the perfect manicure/nail art/pedicure and personal touch service then do yourself a favour then come here and thank me later!

Nailbox in Stafford is by far the best nail salon in Brisbane! Not only are their free-hand nail designs perfect every time, their service is fantastic. They make it very simple to book appointments & were even able to accomodate me on New Year’s Eve!! So thankful to find such an amazing place, will be a long time customer!

I went in for a refill of my acrylics yesterday, it’s was a great experience. I work a trade so my nails have to be short otherwise they get in the way, previous salons I’ve gone to have made me feel judged for getting short nails (and often haven’t made them as short as I require). The quality is great and the lady serving me was wonderfully judge free.

After searching everywhere after my regular salon had to close I am so happy to say I think I have finaly found a place I am happy to return to every month. Speedy work but not rushed, gentle and no nicks or burns (which seems to be a common occurrence for the last few places I'd been) Love the Netflix! Not crowded or rushed and super patient with a restless toddler. Amazing work! I'll be back soon ✨💙

Really awesome salon!
My main criteria for picking a good nail salon are: safety, cleanliness, and service.
Nailbox ticked all my boxes.
They use an autoclave for all cleanable tools, and where possible, disposable consumables.
The salon was dust-free and well ventilated. There were no lingering chemical fumes.
The ladies helped me pick out a colour, and when I said "nothing too girly, but something bold" they recommended a beautiful glittery blue.
The nail technician paid close attention to the details, and communicated very well with me. She listened closely, and acted promptly to give a beautiful full set of acrylics.
Nailbox's instagram customer service also listened and responded very well to my feedback, and made me feel heard.
I definitely recommend Nailbox and will return for all my nailcare needs.

Nailbox is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I can bring in any design inspiration to Boi and she’ll make it come to life. They are quick, talented and very fairly priced making a nail art addiction feasible. I have referred countless friends to Nailbox who have all had nothing but positive reviews for Boi and her team.

Can’t recommend this place enough. I get acrylics and every other place I’ve been to I’ve only managed one lot of refills before they break but since going here I’m now up to my 5th round of refills with 3-4 week gaps. Friendly and professional staff and great location so you don’t have to go to a big shopping centre and deal with the crowds and parking.

Regularly go in for shellac pedicure. High standard every time, comfortable salon with friendly owners. Fair price. Book because they are very popular.
