I have the worst experience with this real estate agency. Bad service! Very unreliable agent called Fiona Tan. We signed the purchasing contract with her half year ago, without being notified that she has already got a conditional contract with another party. We had been waiting for two weeks and she said she is still waiting for the owner to reply. Actually the conditional contract went on between another party and the owner. We called her again after two weeks, then we found out we were a back-up at that time. WE WERE NEVER BEING TOLD. This is not the right way to do business. Never trust this agency and never use it again. Honesty is a key element to any customer. I would give Zero star if it has.

PS: we withdrew the offer after two weeks of waiting time when we found out Fiona was not telling us the truth. That’s why we lodged an official withdrawal to step out.

Experience with a Michael Sheng. Agent tried to use tactics that are not illegal but I believe unethical. Calls around to potential rental customers "threatening them to not to get a property unless they UP THEIR WEEKLY RENT OFFER" to drive the price up for a rental property.

I mean I get it with the sale of the house, but this was shocking and I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS with unethical people. I trust your business will go belly up since people one do business with the bottom of the barrel when they have to. RUN AWAY!

Likely a tactic they use to "disqualify" potential renters that they want to discriminate against.
