The manager, Grace was lovely. I had a faulty bra but didn't know where the receipt was, I had the date I purchased. She was able swap it for me and was really helpful and signed me up to their rewards program so the transaction is now recorded in their system too. Thanks you ladies

Alysha was so helpful!! Will definitely be back to get some more bras sometime. She really took the time to help me find bras that I liked and fit properly. Really helped me feel more comfortable as I find bra fittings very anxiety inducing. Great service.

There was only one lady to serve you and she was excellent. Helped me with fitting of bra and also showed me different styles it we got the right one for me. I highly recommend this place and will be back.

The two more mature women today knew what great customer service is and delivered it. Full marks to these women, I hope the company recognises them. They went above and beyond. I will be back and I highly recommend these ladies.

After visiting MYER David jones and Bras and things I was feeling very disheartened with my bra shopping experience. That was until I walked into Bendon Chermside. The girls were amazing! Their customer service was the best I have come across in many years. I left with 5 new bras and the promise I will be back

The service at Bendon Lingerie has always been down to earth and attentive. I shop here because I can't seem to find other retailers stocking in my size, but Bendon do have a wide range of bustier sizes to pick from. Plus, there's always usually a savings (or two) in store that make the overall purchase both affordable and high quality.

The two girls who helped me out today were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I think one was the manager and she demonstrated fantastic customer service. Thank you!
