Very approachable and understanding strata managers. I inadvertently underpaid a quarter's strata fees and therefore incurred the full whack of not receiving substantial discount plus additional fees. Upon explaining whole situation was advised the best way to approach the problem and I was very happy with solution. Very professional outfit.

I have worked with Lauren Spackman from Archers for a number of years now via her engagement in our body corp. It has been fantastic to have the same body corp manager and contact for such a long time, thus avoiding the need for outlining the same information to new managers each year. Lauren has always been proactive, supportive and on-point to support our owners and the body corp committee in all of our needs and objectives.

Archers have been the strata managers of our apartment for a number of years and they have always been professional, helpful and informative. We appreciate their quick responses and quick resolution of any issues.

I recently had dealings with Jessica Z from Archers in relation to a maintenance issue at our townhouse within an Archers managed complex. I was really impressed with the prompt and professional responses received throughout the process. I was also kept regularly informed of what actions were being taken to have the matters I raised addressed. Jessica was always courteous, quick to express apologies if anything may have fallen through the cracks in the past. Jessica also made sure she fully understood what my particular issue was, and provided clear and well set out guidelines as to what the Body Corporate responsibilities were and what my responsibilities were as an owner/occupier. Jessica checked back with me to confirm I had understood the division of responsibilities clearly.

Our strata manager (Maddison Wallis) has helped our body corporate through a very difficult insurance renewal and building defect report. It is very obvious she has worked beyond her normal duties and has taken on this mammoth task facilitating and navigating the communications between brokers, insurers, committee members and owners. Apart from being an expert on strata matters, Maddison cares. Having someone that cares about achieving the best outcome, has grown our trust.

I had forgotten to pay my Body Corporate fees while undertaking extensive travel. I was contacted by Maggie Powdrell (a Collections Officer) to alert me to the overdue payment and found her very friendly, polite, informative, well informed and helpful. As a new owner this first contact with Archers was a very pleasant experience .I commend her on her professionalism.

Hello. I would like to praise Maggie from Archers for her outstanding customer service in sorting out an invoice issue for me. She was very professional and diligent and also a lovely person to deal with.

I have found Emily Birch from Archers to be a very dedicated and knowledgeable representative who has a passion for helping people involved with Body Corporate Committees to better understand and meet their responsibilities. She is very much behind education and informing people whether you are presently using Archer's services or hope to in the future. I must also say she is excellent in her communication and easy to understand.

Today I can add as further proof of her dedication and service that Emily got back to me about a question as soon as she returned from leave.

I had quite a difficult situation financially and I called Archers the Strata Professionals and a lady by the name of Maggie Powdrell answered the call. She listened and understood my situation. She said it's never been done before but she will put forward my case. About three weeks passed, I didn't hear a thing and I assumed my case must have been thrown into the bin. However, a few days later I got an email from Maggie who followed up on my case and informed me that they have resolved my case and erased all penalty interest charges. That brought so much relief as I couldn't handle any more financial charges. Kudos to Maggie who is so professional and saw it through to resolve my issue. Thank you Maggie.
