Christine is such a wonderful person. She is very patient and explains about every massage chair model that is on display. I came along with my wife just to have a look at what is on market but Christine guided us so well that we were super convinced to book one that best suits us immediately. She is friendly and warm. Besides that, she is extremely good at her role. I came to know about the In chair massage through a friend, my friend told me about her wonderful experience with Allan and Christine and asked us to try out inTouchMassage chairs - Chermside as well. I must say we had a lovely shopping experience :)

We had a great experience with Alan at Chermside. He not only comprehensively demonstrated the chair but really engaged us with the benefits we could expect. One week after the delivery and self install ( our choice as we transported the chair to a remote location) we are delighted. Great product and great phone support when we were baffled by the instructions…

Just purchased my second massage chair and the top of the range from Christine at in Touch Chermside who was absolutely fabulous to deal with. I've had my previous chair for 7 years and it was literally used to death every night and day. It was only a mid range chair but it was very good.The after sales service from this company has been absolutely second to none. I've worn out a few bits and pieces over the years and they have been able to supply absolutely everything. Even their service team have all been great people and done a fantastic job. I looked at a lot of other brands and they all claim to be the best. I know i've been looked after by the best for 7 years so I've stayed with them. Really looking forward to getting my new Smart Glide Pro Chair

Christine and Alan were so lovely and helpful. I had been expecting pain in my lower back and legs due to pregnancy and just 30min in the chair the pain had gone away and felt more mobile.

Very positive experience at In Touch - Alan from Westfield Chermside was a great salesperson. Knowledgeable and personable- not pushy. We are awaiting delivery of our massage chair ( there have been a couple of minor delays) but have found the communication about the delivery date to be good.

Get ready to land yrself in total bliss by these chairs. It offers a customised programme, and a wonderful foot massage which leaves one free from pain, tension and soreness. The zero gravity function promotes such a great feeling of weightlessness as well. The music function together with everything else is easily accessible via a small computer screen. Alan (who is the sales rep) bent over backwards ensuring we understood and experienced nearly all of the functions taking time to answer our questions whilst ensuring we were comfortable. We spent close to 45mins enjoying this great product and during this time he demonstrated in detail every little thing. What an extensive knowledge base he has! We didn't want to get out! I fell asleep!
