Having the oxygen treatment at this facility was amazing! The staff, particularly Nick and Diana, made it a safe, relaxed, holistic experience. They were very helpful and professional. The positive affects on the brain were dramatic after the first hour! After 60 hours in the chamber over 4 weeks the brain fog and ataxia problems were improved in a life changing way. A wonderful experience.

Nick saw me today, performed a few movements to improve my back pain and gave me a few particular exercises to do in my own time. Feeling much better walking out the door and looking forward to feeling better each day I do my exercises. He also told me a few other changes i can make to improve my back pain. Its imortant stuff to do if you're on the computer a lot! I cant believe how good i feel. I also got some flexibility back and lost the pain that was preventing me from bending over to put shoes on. Dr Nick Bradley has to be the best osteopath on the Gold Coast maybe Australia! Very knowledgeable in a range of different techniques e.g needling, pressure points, massage, chiro and physio! Highly recommend

It was my first visit to the Optimum Wellbeing Centre and was seen to by Nigel Jackson who specialises in osteopathic treatments. With a combination of dry needling, massage and osteopathic movements I have walked out feeling that I'm in capable hands and will be back next week to continue my treatments to help me on my journey to be pain free and achieving a stronger me.

I had a treatment for hip and lower back pain. I found nick to be an excellent practitioner. Very thorough and i left feeling fantastic! I highly recommend Nick for whatever your ailments.

highly recommend these guys, had a meniscal tear in my knee, i also had put my lower back out. should of gone there early when i did it. been going to the osteopath for a month now, feel great, knee is more flexible , pain just about gone. back is getting better ever day, pain level was about a 9 when i started, now iam about a 3. cant thank them enough, worth going .

Nick and the team at optimum wellbeing are absolutely outstanding! I have compete regularly in mixed martial arts, jiu jitsu and boxing. I wouldn't be able to do any of this if it wasn't for these guys. They can treat nearly and muscle skeletal issue! The hyperbaric chamber is always a great place to recover and improve your base athletic performance!

My whole family goes to this practise. We are always well looked after and all staff are experts in their field. Great online system for bookings.
