My family and I have been coming here for 6 years and the service and care has always been exceptional! All of the Drs, nurses and surgery staff have provided a holistic, tailored, supportive environment which has seen us through some challenging times and I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend this great team!

Can always get an appointment, which is easy to do on the app! Friendly reception staff who are always polite and welcoming. Have seen a range of doctors who have all been great. Bonus points for newly updated interior which makes it feel very fresh and clean!

My first impressions were excellent. Large waiting room with lots of chairs and a very efficient check in system set up at the front door. Dr Farmer was very professional and friendly, she is caring and responsive. I am very happy to have found a new local doctor and highly recommend this practice.

This week I have been to Keperra Family Practice twice. Once for a GP appointment and again for my second AstraZeneca vaccination. This has been a good reminder as to why I do not choose to find a surgery closer to my home or work . All of the staff were courteous, respectful and genuinely empathetic on both occasions.

The two staff members who administered the vaccination were delightful, funny and super friendly.

I wanted to leave a review because my experience with this clinic and in particular Dr Wiper , is always second to none. Dr Wiper is a wonderful doctor, so approachable and has zero judgement which I have found isn't always common. I fully trust her 100% as my doctor and the advice she gives. She truly cares for the wellbeing of her patients and always has time and isn't rushing you out the door. She is a highly experience, talented and knowledgeable doctor. The world needs more doctors like Dr Wiper. Thank you.

I have been going to this practice for over a year now. Have seen a few of the doctors but I can highly recommend Dr Michelle Kwan. She is absolutely fantastic. She is beyond caring and helpful and really cares about her patients. Dr Kwan has been so wonderful with me with my ongoing health issues and I just can’t thank her enough.

I’d also like to give a special mention to Aimee who is a receptionist. Aimee is one of the most caring staff members they have. She goes above and beyond to help. Aimee truly knows what customer service is all about. She is an asset to your staff. Thank you Aimee for all that you have done for me over the last year. Some of the others should really take a leaf out of her book and not be so gruff and dismissive. It always makes me smile and thankful when you answer the phone

A lovely practice with very professional and kind staff (admin, drs and nurses) but being charged a full consult fee for a 1min and 31secs telehealth review for the same issue (seen in person by a Dr yesterday) is quite annoying and seems like a bit of a money grab. I was warned that I may get charged but was told it depends on how long the consult went for... Not sure I could have been quicker!

The staff at Keperra Family Practice are always wonderful to deal with, especially the receptionists who consistently go out of their way to accommodate their patients and make them feel welcome. I have always received excellent service at this practice from both its Doctors and staff.

Staff always accommodating....A very good start to any business/practice is at Reception!...Always a smooth flow despite some very busy periods. And DrThomas Mylne has been my mother's Dr and mine too more recently. He listens!!! and has gone to great lengths to treat my mother...once when she was very sick with flu...Staff at Keperra Sanctuary said he visited her...checked up on her in his lunch time breaks!!
