I am pretty (actually very) fussy about my massages and am often disappointed. I would rate Miki up there as giving one of the best massages I have ever had. Strong hands, significant experience and a kind heart - a winning combination! The salon is immaculate, the environment is relaxing (bird calls and other sounds of nature), Miki and her husband are so welcoming and I loved the tea at the end. Very highly recommended and worth the 15 minute drive from downtown Hervey Bay (or further!) if you are holidaying up this way. Thanks Miki!!

Amazing from start to finish! Super easy online booking, very friendly calm welcome, knowledgable of health conditions and very clean. The massage was tailored to my liking and had me floating away to a rainforest one moment and getting much needed refief of my problem areas by the end. My shoulders and neck have been giving me a lot of trouble lately, and have been quite painful. Me and my partner came to toogum for a few days away, and I booked in to get a remedial massage and cupping. I had heard great reviews, but oh my gosh, Miki is amazing !! Possibly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. So relaxing and I felt very looked after. So happy, great price for the service and I’ll definitely be back every time I return to toogum. I had never been to massage before but couldn't cope with my shoulder pain for 3days so I tried a total relaxation massage package. It was an amazing experience!!! I felt my body much lighter the next day. I highly recommended her.

This was the best massage I have had for a long time. If you like a firm massage that gets right into the sore spots then you won’t get any better from Mizuumi Massage. They do the firmness to your request.Very professional and lovely people. Definately going back.

Just wanted to say that our massages (hubby) and myself received were first class. I have experienced lots of massages before, not so many for my hubby and we were both blown away. I'm so glad I saw an advertisement in a local newsletter for Mizuumi Massage. I'm struggling with a left calf muscle and left hamstring strain and had been to other massage facilities in Hervey Bay without getting much relief. I feel much better today and I read their post massage instructions, sent via email, and realised that I'd not been doing the "right things" so I followed their instructions and have no doubt this contributed to me feeling better today. I highly recommend this service and will definitely be going back.

WOW. Just WOW..... I have had some massages over the years, but this one was "EXCEPTIONAL" So relaxing, Miki focused on problem area's. And has great technique and flow. This massage was soo good. Iv been to alot of different masseuse over the years and Miki is amazing at what she does.
Miki also has a wide range of treatments and techniques. I'd be in agony without her.

The premises are clean and tranquil, the range of services can be customised to your needs or you can choose a package. Either way she does it all and she does it to the best of her ability.

I can highly recommend spoiling yourself for 2hrs, you will float out feeling brand new like I did.

I don’t normally drink herbal teas but I couldn’t believe how delicious their imported Japanese green tea was. I drank the whole jug!

I will be back when I’m next up in Toogoom or Hervey Bay. Thank you Miki and thanks also to your fiancée for his recommendations.
