Matt from Budget tree service turned up promptly to do my quote and was booked in to do the job, I was kept up to date at all times when they could do my trees, the office ladies were on the ball, 7 trees and 1 stumpgrind, nothing was a problem, it’s nice to see a young bunch of fellas getting into it and getting it done even though it was hot and muggy, thanks guys, a top job👍

I've used Budget Tree Service several times now at my previous home and now at my new home. Their service is fast, efficient, friendly and professional. I'm a repeat customer and I wouldn't bother if they were not. Great team and thorough job!

Excellent service, they returned my phone call almost immediately to organise a quote. They turned up on time to do the quote which was very reasonable, and a date and time for the work soon confirmed. The workers turned up as promised, were very friendly, listened to what I wanted, and the work was carried out efficiently as per my requirements and the area cleaned up.
I would fully recommend this company.

Prompt response. Great team of people who came to do the job. Timely and professional and worked well together. Listened to what I needed and gave good advice. Removed 3 dead wattles as well as trimming some large trees which could have proven dangerous. Also removal and stump grinding of two very old pine trees. Thanks guys.

The team worked around storms in Hervey Bay to remove a large tree, some unwell saplings and tidy other healthy trees. They were expert, worked safe and really hard as a team; they checked back with me frequently to see if I was happy with the work. A crew of absolute sweethearts, ( sorry guys, you were) . It was so easy to call and get the quote arranged arranged quickly. I decided to use your business from good word of mouth referral from a friend. It's so nice to have those Silky Oaks gone. No more mess to clean up. I was a bit concerned about the neighbours fence but the fellows were expert at what they do and dropped the trees perfectly.
Finally I appreciate how your arborists cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use you again.

this is the second time i have used budget tree service because, as before, i was impressed by their skill and dedication to getting the job done in a professional manner.

Wow! These guys are seriously fast and through. I approached several tree services for quotes and these guys were the ONLY ones that showed up when they said they would (or at all). Their price was absolutely amazing! The only issue I had with them is that they had a machinery breakdown (which realistically could happen to anyone), BTS were really good at keeping in contact with me and organizing a new plan to ensure the job was still done on time. The guys that attended site we very professional and polite. The guys had to work close to fences and took care not to hit the fences with tree limbs or machinery. They even raked up all the loose twigs off the lawn, without being asked.

Very hardworking and great teamwork amongst the guys onsite. Approachable, very accommodating to your requests and effective in leaving a tidy site.
Fair quote and honoured it, even when a 2nd visit was required. They live up to their name!
Would have them attend to work in future.

I had Shane and Zak come today to cut down to large Bamboo trees on our property at Dundowran they were very friendly and did a great job and Jess in the office was lovely and so helpful so i highly recommended Budget Tree Service. Jeanette 🌳 👍

What can I say Sharnn is absolutely fantastic in every regard. Helped me out when I was in a terrible bind. Came straight away and helped me with my Staghorns, elkhorns and other unusual jobs and I can’t thank Sharnn and Piper enough. I would recommend Budget Tree Services to anyone. As it’s getting close to the storm season, we had Budget Tree Service come out to our home to give our matured Gum Trees, Palms, Lily Plllies, very tall yukkas, and Fig Trees a well need cutting back! Not only does the finished job look great, but we also feel safer coming into storm season. Nathan & Dave we’re friendly and easy to communicate with. Well done Budget Tree Service!
