Exceptional Team to the rescue. We went from an incompetent Hervey Bay Real Estate agent, handling our rental property, to the absolute opposite, with Allen Property.
Living over 3hrs away from our property we assumed crucial things were being done (eg maintenance). We found out they employed a 'handyman' to look after our property - he was the spouse of the Agent who said he did the jobs, was paid by us for doing the jobs, but nothing was done. Another thing they did was, at our approval and expense, replace whitegoods and pool equipment but instead of putting it in our rental, they kept the new ones for themselves and put their old ones in the rental. It wasn't until a major financial issue occurred that we realised we, and our tenant, were being constantly lied to, over many years. We had the best, and only tenant in this property, and wanted to look after her and her family. We felt that was our job as landlords.
We reached out to Allen Property and from that first phone call, we knew we were in great hands. The team was fantastic and their reputation was fantastic. Agent Cat especially, with her great sense of humour and honesty, kept us up to date and was always available for our queries. Right up to the day we sold the property and the tenant left, we knew Cat and Allen Property looked after us, and we feel she looked after our great tenant too, in finding new accommodation. Should we ever be landlords again, we would look no further than Cat and Allens Property. Thank you, Cat, and thank you Allen Property.

I've known Steve for at least 5 years. He's sold 2 houses for me, sold me another and managed an investment property. He's exceptional and thoroughly professional.
