Alex is knowledgable, helpful and experienced coming to my motor home as soon as he could. He fixed my leaking roof professionally and very tidy and clean worker . He was only too happy to discuss other repairs that I wanted to ask questions about. Lovely to meet him just a shame he isn't in MY local area because I would get him out every time. Thanks ALEX

We have had Demc to our caravan when we are in Edmonton two years in a row. Great guy as he not only fixes things we know about but gives the van a onceover in case there are any other problems. He is always on time but if delayed in any way he sends a text message. We are always amazed at his knowledge and ease of doing things. Lotus and Dempsey truly went out of their way to track down the replacement part from south..
They also arranged for us to have it fitted on a Sunday morning near their place in Babinda..

Alex fixed our caravan wheel when we were in dire straights. He did a great job and went over and above what we would expect. We really appreciated his work ethic. Thank you!

Dempsey diagnosed our brake issue on our van in a timely and professional manner. We couldn't have travelled any further without his service, thanks we really appreciate your work ethic and knowledge.

We have used them 3 tiems so far and they have done a fantastic job, often toiling in extreme heat to get the job done.
We had only just bought our van and we found that the washing machine didn't work.
We managed to find a suitable replacement and they fitted it for us.
We then had a leak and they completely removed the old sealant from the van and then resealed it and it can now stand up to the intense rain here in FNQ.
The 3rd time was some advice on some of the van's equipment and other matters.
I would recommend them to anyone, infact we already have.

Absolutely outstanding service repairs and customer communications…I would sincerely like to thank the team for assisting me with wing nuts bought to me in a free camp in the rain ….then again within 24 hours having a leaking air conditioner fixed … once again serviced at my location ….. after a long travel from SA I am completely humbled by your amazing service …..I rated 5 stars ⭐ but you guys are a 10 ⭐ operation …..thank you so much Dempsey and Alex I’m happy again and staying on the road knowing you guys are around !!!

Highly recommended. Cannot fault these guys. Very friendly and workmanship is second to none. We've had Dempsey do repairs and additions on a Jayco pop top & a caravan. He can do anything needed.

A professional and thorough annual service done by Alex, on our 18ft Jayco Starcraft Outback. Alex spotted that all 4 tyres were beginning to develop small 'age related' cracks, and suggested we should buy new ones before heading off on our big trip. Great job at a reasonable price. The guys were punctual (even early), knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, amazing price. All the things I’ve been looking for in our region but unable to find, till now. To be honest my wife and I sat here in a bit of shock as to how good they were. So pleased. Would I recommend them? I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!!

Highly recommended. Replaced our aircon when it died. Great communication and reasonable prices. Would happily use their service again.

These two awesome people came out and installed our air conditioner in Cairns.
They dropped everything to help us out as we needed to head off down the coast!
They came to us and charged less than half of what the caravan repair shop in Cairns were going to charge ....
Would absolutely recommend them to anyone .....

We sent him a message from Paronella. He met us in Babinda fixed the plug by rewiring so we could be on our way. He was unable to replace but we are up and running very reasonable price. Would use again if needed

Just had the windup system on my joyco penguin fail. Jayco are to busy at the moment, and badinda mobile caravan repair, came to our campsite and fixed it same day. Great quality workmanship, excellent product knowledge, and very friendly. Got us out of a difficult situation. Thank you so much.
