I can’t thank Mark enough at Ultrashade. We have enjoyed an umbrella at our house that the previous owners purchased over 12 years ago. I rang Mark, sent some pics of the style and a new canvas cover was on its way (after it tore in a mini cyclone in Darwin). Mark arranged freight and the communication was excellent! Mark has just again helped me out with another issue, sending the item all within 12 hours of making the call!

Ultra Shade are an excellent crew. No nonsense service, direct communication and most importantly a superior product. We've got two of their café series umbrellas at Kin and Co now and when I called to order the second, they knew the exact colours and specifications we needed from the first order.

They updated us during the build and called ahead before delivery to ensure we'd be on site. Not everybody does that. It sounds simple but so few actually do it.

Can't recommend Ultra Shade enough!

We've got two Ultrashade umbrellas and they're fantastic! Our previous umbrellas got ruined after the first year in the weather but a few years in these ones are still as new.
