Fantastic customer service from Shane... again! He is knowledgeable ,patient and makes you feel at ease. My Renault parts came in as described and extremely fast. I will definitely be purchasing from them again .

Brilliant service (from Shane in particular). I ordered a pair of rear garnish lights (the lights on the tailgate) as we had one broken and I was worried about colour match on a 10+ year old part. Both arrived, one was sadly damaged in transit. Sent a photo via email, got a call within the hour and they offered to immediately send a replacement, no questions asked.

When I explained I had only ordered both for colour match, and the good one was the one I needed was fine (both colour matched and was undamaged), immediately processed a refund for me for the broken light.

I would absolutely buy from this business again.

Great customer service!! Dealt with Carlo both times I needed a very specific part from a current model SUV and he couldn't have been more helpful. For one of the parts he went out of his way to acquire it for me and their less-than 24 hour personal delivery service in Brisbane was the icing on the cake. City Parts may not have every piece of every car ever made (some other negative reviewers please take note) but they will certainly try hard to find it for you. A well-earned five stars.

Excellent experience with them! Bought some Toyota parts that were going to cost $500 and take 6 weeks to arrive, City Parts got them in for $170 in a couple of days. Shane was kind enough to spend a length of time installing the parts and making sure I was happy with them (cosmetic parts only) when most places wouldn't bother, and he certainly didn't need to! Definitely will visit again for all my car part needs!

City Parts in Brisbane made an error in my order but rectified it promptly, efficiently, in a friendly manner, and at some cost to themselves. A good measure of a company's integrity is how it handles errors. This company, through their representative Lahi, obviously value customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and will be seeking to do business with them in the future.

Picked up a brake booster for my territory with the help of Byron, was warned that it had a fair amount of brake fluid leakage and may be damaged, but was desperate so bought it anyway, turned out to be too far gone, called up 2 weeks later to inquire about a refund, explained the issue and was refunded that day with no arguments and fantastic customer service, you have definitely gained a return customer.

One of my first calls to source used parts. If city parts don't have it onsite they can get it with their wreckers support online. Great team fast and professional.

Had amazing assistance from City Parts for my Nissan 350Z

Jade in particular was amazing, she was beyond helpful at all stages and was very patient when dealing with my mistakes!

Jade even made a special arrangement to send down my package ASAP as my mechanic required the part within 24Hrs.

This is hands down the most customer-orientated wrecker in Brisbane and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Not to mention - the best prices in Brisbane.

Amazing customer service! I arrived closed to 7am in the morning to pick up a part but realised that the business only opened at 8am (my bad!) I saw Shane (opening up) and explained why I was there and Shane was happy to go and find my order.

Absolutely awesome bunch to deal with! Bought a snorkel off them over the phone friday afternoon and they packed it up with plenty of packing to make sure it arrived safe and got it to me monday lunch time in Dubbo! Which is just unheard of. Big thumbs up to City Parts being so great to deal with. Will definitely be getting parts off them in the future.
