Bright Beginnings Child Edu-Care Centre

We've been so lucky to find Bright Beginnings, the team is so magic and they make parents and children feel like it's our second home. The community and family they knit together is something so special and seeing our daughter thrive is just the greatest.

We also love seeing staff so happy, and they have the most amazing staff retention I have ever seen! One of their staff has been working their for 27 (or 28!?) years, and still walks into work every day so happy and joyous. I love that about the culture there. 💗💗💗

We have been at bright beginnings for 8 months now. The care that they have provided my daughter has been exceptional. She took a while to settle in and they supported her with love and care. She now runs through the doors every morning. All the educators are friendly and are genuinely invested in your child's care and development and make an effort to get to know your family. The activities and learning experiences on offer every day are amazing too, a really motivated team with long term staff members. We wish our eldest child (now school age) had had the level of care our youngest is receiving after attending another local centre.

Bright Beginnings is so amazing, we are so lucky we have found this center. I did a lot of research on about 6 different centers in the area and I immediately loved Bright Beginnings from the start. There is such a family and community focus, the staff are wonderful and have been here for years, so your child has consistency. My daughter loves it so much, most days are a struggle to get her out the door to come home. I would highly recommend!

We started our 2 children here in January and could not be happier. Every single staff member is welcoming, knowledgeable and seem to genuinely enjoy being at at work. We love the conscious effort to keep families involved in their programs and they've shown this by cultural days, cooking, activities and private page where families can share weekend or holiday snaps. We moved to BB from another childcare only 3 weeks ago and we are already seeing a positive change in our child. Like other reviews, my child has been to 3 other childcares and I thought I was expecting too much and that a kind of center like this just didn't exist, how I was wrong! Bright Beginnings (BB) has been the best decision we have made and I cannot stop talking about it anyone that will listen. Like other parents in the reviews, I feel a sense of relief when I drop my child at BB knowing he will be cared for, nurtured and be emersed with such thoughtful activities and play.

All the team at BB go above and beyond for the children and show genuine care every single day. We feel extremely grateful every single day - we LOVE this place!

Lovely educators who care about the well-being of the children. Most staff have been at the centre a long time. They go above and beyond to create fun and varying learning opportunities. Children are outside (plenty of shady spots) as much as possible and plenty of unstructured, free play time.

What a find this place was for our family in 2023- you will not be disappointed!

I sent my eldest child to another childcare for 2years despite serious misgivings. I kept telling myself that my expectations were too high and that nowhere was perfect. Finally, after numerous concerns I moved both children to Bright Beginnings. Well, it has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made as a parent thus far! The Centre itself is wonderful, inviting, and engaging. Every last one of the staff members are warm, wonderful people! They all exhibit such a genuine care for the children and incorporate their interests and curiosity in to highly engaging curriculum. I feel relief leaving my children there knowing that they are in very good hands, having huge amounts of fun and a wealth of enriching experiences every single day.

This is an amazing childcare centre in every way, and we could not be happier. The staff genuinely care for our son and have made him feel so comfortable and confident for the two days a week he attends- it is a real community. The environment is lovely, the resources and the educational program are great (I’m a trained early-years educator myself and have just been so pleased with the play-based approach to learning), and our son has a great time. The most important factor though is the phenomenal staff- from the beautiful administrative staff at the front desk, to my son’s educators and carers, and even staff in other rooms who just see him in the playground, or as he arrives each day- every one of them know him by name, and are warm, professional and caring. Most of them have been there a long time, and you can tell there’s just a really positive energy. Communication is great too. I really can’t fault them, and I really can’t believe how lucky we are.

Both my daughters attend Bright Beginnings, my eldest has been there for the last 2.5yrs & my youngest daughter started in July. Both my girls struggled when starting daycare with separation & were very emotional. The educators that we have had care for our girls throughout the years have been professional, caring & accommodating. There is never a request from this mama that is too much & they always worked with me to do the best for my daughters & now both my girls love going to daycare meaning we can working in the knowledge that they are happy & well cared for.

Absolutely the best early education centre! The educators and all the team feel like family. My son loves his time there and he learns so much everyday. I visited 11 centres before picking one and BB was by far my top choice, I knew from the moment I walked in. Thank you for everything you do for our son and our family

I wish I had found Bright Beginnings years ago, so my daughter could have also experienced this centre. My son is at home there, teachers from outside his classroom all know his name, and the admin are nurturing, accomodating and supportive to our family’s needs. Additionally, their staff retention is exceptional, which says a lot- especially in what seems to be a revolving door at other centres. Could not recommend them enough💕

We moved both children to BB about 9 weeks ago now. Prior to that, they were in another centre for 3.5 years.

The first thing I noticed about BB was the sense of calm and tranquility. The kids were calm, the staff were calm and happy. I was not used to this but this is very much what our family needed.

One of my children has additional needs. EVERYONE in that centre has gone above and beyond to assist us and understand her needs. In the first week of attending BB, I learned more about supports and assistance for higher needs children than I had in 3.5 years. When the lead educator in my childs room took the time to sit with me with a list of questions she had about my childs needs, interests etc, I went home and cried, I was so happy.

they have all taken the time to get to know and understand both my children. The level of communication we receive is next level. I feel like they keep me in the loop regarding my children and respond to any queries I have in a very timely and professional manner. I am NEVER having to chase up answers or follow up on paperwork.

My kids are so happy there. At our last centre, the kids couldn't wait to leave at pick up time. At BB, they dont want to leave. They want to show me things they've done or found during the day. :)

There are lots of child led activities as well as structured learning which is great. My kids are happy, I am happy. I'm so glad we changed over, it really was the best decision for our family.

We couldn't be more happy with our little girls progression, the facilities and staff are amazing, I especially love the daily photos so we can see what the kids are up to. I highly recommend Bright Beginnings. Thank you all for making everyday for Alex so special.
