Pallara Childcare

The best Cc out of four we had been before. Ms Marcia, Ms Aruna are great educators. Real observations, real care. Enjoyed the mother's day, father's day, Christmas and graduation party.

Both my sons have been attending Pallara Childcare since the day it opened in June 2019. When I first toured the centre, I was so impressed with all of the facilities, resources, educational planning and nutritional guidelines they follow. But most of all after meeting the Director, I felt even more confident sending my children to this beautiful family owned and managed centre. Martha is so sincere, nurturing, understanding & has your best interest at heart. There have been many occasions where I have needed to change my sons attendances & she has always found a way to accommodate.
It is obvious that Martha (admittedly) is very picky with her staff as every single one of them are AMAZING!
When you walk into the centre you are greeted with a warm welcome and smiley faces.
The centre is always clean with toys on high rotation and fun filled activities.
The communication between educators and parents is open, transparent and frequent with daily journals, photos and observations of your child.
I have been through & attended quite a few Childcare centres throughout Brisbane & Pallara is definitely a standout.
My boys are thriving & are so happy (they never want to leave).
I can't recommend Pallara Childcare enough!

I visited many childcare centres to find the right fit for my kids, but Pallara Childcare was by far the best! Martha is so welcoming and warm. I knew immediately that she really cared about the kids. All the staff are amazing! I recommended Pallara CC to so many of my family and friends, some of whose kids now attend there as well.
My son has been attending Pallara CC since it first opened mid-2019. He loves it! His favourite teacher is Miss Bobbie! My daughter has been attending Kindy since the beginning of this year. She also loves it, and loves her teacher Miss Harmony! Both my kids are learning and developing so much. Thank you Pallara CC!

My daughter has been at Pallara since November 2019. As a first time mum, I was so nervous sending her to childcare but when I went to visit the centre, Martha was so warm, kind and understanding. It put all my nerves, guilt and concern to ease. When she started, every staff member greeted my daughter by name. My daughter loves going to Pallara CC and has thrived so much. My husband and I definitely made the right decision to be part of this loving, kind, compassionate learning environment. Thank you for everything Martha, Bobbie and the rest of the team.

Our Son attends Pallara Child care for the last 1.5 years.
I have only good things to say about this place.I wish if I knew this place earlier than later.
Martha and her staff is highly professional and caring.
The standards of caring and education is top notch.
They have lot of activities outside the normal day care activities that are run by professionals .Happy feet,Zen Ed etc are a few to be mentioned.

Martha and her team always maintains a healthy relationship with the family and is always approachable.
Martha and her team has gone above and beyond to support us during an extremely difficult situation.😊
Communication is always there and you are very well informed about your child’s day to day activities through early works and other means of communication.

Our Son is going to School this year and tomorrow is his last day at Pallara.The way he has transformed is amazing.He is all ready to go to School and all credit goes to the amazing Educators. We would happily recommend this pace to anyone .

My son absolutely loves this daycare. This is the 4th daycare he has been to and the only one he actually enjoys and loves :) He comes home happy and positive.

Absolutely heartbroken & horrified to see my darling niece’s tummy with bite marks so deep & hard there is bruising and an infection. My niece was bitten by another child at this daycare centre - completely unprovoked! The centre has no protocols or policies for dealing with this! The child has been allowed to continue attending with no repercussions. Meanwhile, my poor little niece is at home absolutely traumatised & on antibiotics.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews…but honestly, i’m heartbroken!

Parents - beware!

This childcare has very poor management. Show no care and sympathy to parents at all.
Educators are ok but the owner of the business should not be running a childcare. Overpromised, underdeliver are the 2 words that best describe this childcare management.

I thought to write this review to spread awareness among my local community about Pallara Child care which is one of the worst i have come across in last 5 years. We decided to enrol our child there as it was only walking distance to our place even though we were very hesitant initially after getting so many negative feedback from my neighbours and friends. It seems like money making is the only motive of the centre and they are cutting corners to save money. We noticed centre have very limited toys for kids and ground used to flood with water during heavy rain. Our child did not have food there on few occasions but surprisingly centre daily report suggested otherwise. We have raised issue with director and her response was very rude. We did not find her welcoming on most of the occasions. We had to wait around 2 months to get our securing bond refunded. I hope that management would learn and improve after reading my reviews.

I left a form waiting form .Well I spoke to Martha today and you know what when I was waiting for her call when she told me to call back Friday afternoon to let me know the availability in toddlers room . She didn’t call me back so I called her again next week on Wednesday . And ask her about availability again .. she gave me two different statements .. first I’ll find out availability in January 2nd week and then she said I’ll find out when she have time to sit down and look into ..and to let you know she was start telling me about hospital waiting process .. they have one process for waiting .. not when they sit down and look in to it .
I have read so many bad reviews about them and even people told me about the experience . Only one guy said he is happy with them .
My own experience not good .I was happy to take a chance even after one good review .. how can I take risk now when they are so unprofessional .. can’t even stick to one statement ..
I would never send my daughter this sort of childcare whose director .. changing statements .. what if something happen to my kid.. they will be changing statements .. not very responsible.. thank you
