Amazing location, easy access to the beach, tram and shops, rooms very clean and nice pool. Can definitely recommend 👌

This apartment was perfect for a solo trip right near the beach and accessible to the trams. Would highly recommend this place as Lee was so helpful and accommodating to help which made my stay feel welcoming. Besides the gym equipment being out of date, the view over seeing the coast was impeccable, managed to see the sunrise on my last day which was the highlight of my stay! Thank you guys for everything ☺

Stayed at Ipanema for the weekend and the rooms and facilities are great. Nice and clean and the location is excellent. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, centrally situated for all amenities. Excellent pool and spa facilities catering for all ages. Makes a great base for exploring the coast.

Stay was amazing, rooms are clean and tidy and staff were very accommodating and the facilities were awesome especially for the kids. The new management team have done a great job since taking over.

It's beyond my expectations staying at this apartment! Heard bout lots of negative rating, but it's a simply wonderful stay here for us. We've been through a late check in and the night manager was so helpful & happy to assists us. The next morning when we did a proper check in, the receptionist was so helpful & she assists us promptly. We booked 3N studio in level 11. Astonishing view for us.. Worth the money... "1 happy customer here"...

My partner and I stayed here in August and it was not a fantastic experience from the minute we arrived. First of all they said that the remaining balance is due upon check in, and i had realized when i got off the plane that they had already charged my credit card which is fine but they overcharged me. When we went to check in I told them and they would not believe me, after showing them several emails i had received confirming prices, she said someone must of made a mistake and communicated wrong this is the actual price, and still would not give me a refund. I eventually got a refund after about 15 minutes.

We got up to out room to notice that the bed was terrible there was 1 pillow each and the pillow would of been about 10 years old it was that thin and crab same goes for the bed linen, there was litterly one sheet on the bed. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about 5 weeks. And then to top it off for a 4 night stay we only had 1 roll of toilet paper and you had to pay for more. Also we only got one towel each and they were tiny and no face cloths.

Upon leaving we had to empty all the bins otherwise we would have been charged extra for our room stay, now every other place i have stayed this has never had to happen this is what the cleaners are for. The room had not been cleaned before us there was rubbish under the bed and bathroom was terrible, floors were not cleaned also.

The Photos on the website make it look great but the room was terrible nothing like the photo.

Very disappointing stay...

After feeling a bit anxious about our accomodation due to online reviews, we were so happy to see how lovely and clean our room was! I am ocd about cleanliness and even gave it a wipe over with some detol wipes and they came back clean.
Our room had everything we needed in it.
I had requested either a river view or a sea view and they gave us a room positioned so we had a view of both! We also requested air conditioning and that was sorted for us to.
No complaints. Everything was amazing, and the people who work there are even lovelier. Will stay again.

Beautiful place we stayed in awesome internet for being international visitors. Lee the manager was so helpful and friendly with any questions or requests. Easy late check and free parking.

Had a couple of days at Ipanema and was very impressed with the location and lack traffic noise. The pools and facilities were great, rooms were clean and it was great to meet the new management team who are clearly improving the complex.

This place was absolutely wonderful.
The staff were absolutely wonderful,the views from the room were ectastic then you get to watch all the action on the river on one side then you can also walk to the surf on the other side all within walking distance.
I would definitely stay there again.

I am amazed how they manage to keep everything so clean at all times. It is sincerely my favourite place to stay on the Coast, waking up with the view of the pool and the sun on my balcony to have my morning coffee, what more could you ask for?
All the staff/receptionist are lovely every time I stay there.

Really impressed with the accommodation at the price - access to pools, sauna, spa pools and a small gym as well as a nice room with decent views. The staff were very helpful too (especially as I kept misplacing things!) And let us leave our luggage for the day while we explored.

I would highly recommend this resort for a complete experience of comfort, standard and quality. The staff are very friendly. This studio room is equipped with all toiletries and cutlers, including hair drier and iron. The pool, gym, sauna and Jacuzzi are all well maintained and inclusive in the package. I give you 5 on 5 Ipanema.

Stayed here over the Skool holidays. Great location and walking distance to beach (flat too so beach trolley was great) large pool which the kids loved. Will be coming back.

Excellent service and support. Best value for excellent accommodation at Surfers Paradise. So central to everything. Yo cannot beat it. If you can , you will certainly be paying heaps more!!!!

Had great time.. Studio apartment. Walk-in wardrobe... Large bathroom.. Great view.lovely staff. Unreal pool and sauna. Great value. 20mins easy walk to cafe's, shopping, entertainment, nightclubs.. Beach and tram 5mins away

We come here very often and love the spa, the sauna and the tanning beds by the pool. It's a two minute walk to the beach and makes for the perfect holiday destination.

Is good for the staying and relax time cos it near the tram balam and it good viewing of the views and beach close to the place
