MGM have been my rental agents for about 9 years. Asher Roberts has been my property manager throughout the period and has been absolutely brilliant!! His professional approach and friendly manner would be an example to many others in the industry. Inspections were always focussed and respectful. Any issues found were addressed without fuss.
On one occasion the apartment above me had a major water pipe burst that caused significant damage to walls and ceilings throughout my apartment and also damaged my personal property. Asher pursued the Strata company ensuring fast action and recompense for both the landlord and me.
Recently the property owner advised that the property was to be sold. I went into search mode and Asher provided some advice about that process. He also agreed to be the 'Agent referee' for my rental applications. I found a new home and the new agent advised that Asher's reference was the most influential factor in my application.

I have known David Bettini (Sales Director) for a number of years in his role as a Real Estate Agent in the area of Rosebery. Being retired I decided to sell my apartment and move to Melbourne as I was aware the market had picked up recently. I contacted David and invited him to do an appraisal of my apartment as I aware of recent sales he has been successful with in my complex. David attended my apartment along with Peter Tun (Sales Executive) and did an appraisal and gave a sale range figure, He also suggested I place the majority of my furniture into storage and get a Stylist to style my apartment. David arranged to meet me with the Stylist the following week. Both David and Peter were very professional and of great assistance. The photography of my apartment was carried out and the online presentation of my apartment online was of high quality. The first open house was held on 11 November 2023 with 34 inpections and 7 asking for the contract. David kept me up to date with offers and both, David and Peter, were of great assistance. On 17 November 2023 I accepted an offer which I was extremely pleased with. The 5 day cooling off period expired 24 November 2023 and Peter advised me the buyer had paid the deposit by close of business. Overall I was extremely happy with both David and Peter at MGM Martin and the short time it took to sell my apartment, I would highly recommend David and Peter for your real estate needs whether buying or selling.
