Wyndham Hotel Surfers Paradise

The rooms are very nice. It was a fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment. We were in room 1706 facing the ocean. The view was awesome. Sunrises and the storms 😁 The pool and BBQ area is great. The restaurant is nice too. Daily specials and happy hour at 5pm. Short walk to most things. We would stay here again.

Amazing stay. Staff were friendly & always smiling. There was a very sociable atmosphere in the hotel.
My check-in procedure was very well directed.
The Skydeck was just across the road & I enjoyed the short walks to beach & main Surfers precinct; such a relaxed atmosphere.

Wyndham Surfers Paradise is the perfect spot to holiday. The G link tram stops right outside and is is a short walk to the beach. The pool is magnificent and there is a range of activities on offer at reception. The Promenade deck is open for reasonably priced meals and even has a happy hour daily. It is the perfect spot on the Gold Coast.

The hotel is close to the beach 5 minute walk. Check in a bit chaotic, lots checking in at same time and staff underpressure to attend to all.

Restaurant staff were very friendly, and the service was first class.

Booked in for a little getaway - didn’t disappoint! Restaurants downstairs, cafe on pool deck, so handy. The rooms are spotless, air conditioned with a verandah!
A small walk to the beach or Caville mall.
The check in staff were friendly and accomodating - I’ll be back!

was here for week two schoolies and security were actually the loveliest group of guys ever, super helpful when we had a few issues and were always friendly when we were coming and going. Sam was amazing :)

in general the room was also really good, good views as well!! everyone was great!

Great location but what made this mini break stand out was the impeccable service. Across every part of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Tom and Roo were amazing.

Stayed at this awesome hotel for a whole week while competing at Uni Games. Stayed in a twin bedroom ocean view and can not fault it at all. Rooms are clean, modern, has everything you need with a proper kitchen & laundry facilities, lovely balcony with tables & chairs. Bedrooms were super nice, wardrobes and comfy beds. Bathrooms nice as well. Only 5-10 min walk to heart of surfers paradise. Really great hotel and friendly staff will happily stay again !

Awesome stay here, spacious rooms, great service, cafe' had the best food and very reasonably priced, great selections and siper friendly and attentive staff, also an awesome swimming pool.

I thought the location was great my room was good my view was beautiful I recommend this please I will be coming back here again my only down fall was no aircon in the lifts and being stuck in one for 5mins but all in all it was a great experience for my family

I had an incredible stay at the Wyndham Surfers Paradise Resort with my family, and the exceptional service provided by Jhoana made it even more memorable. From the moment I arrived, Jhoana went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Her warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease, and she was always ready to assist with any questions or requests. We were offered complimentary drinks on arrival. Her attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The resort itself was a true paradise with its stunning views, luxurious amenities, and a range of activities to enjoy. The combination of the beautiful surroundings and Jhoana's top-notch service made my stay unforgettable.

Floor 17 ocean view was stunning. Welcome service -amazing. Comfy beds, low pillows to actually sleep on, Italian bath products, Washer worked well. Dryer door broken and stopped working. Would work if pushed back in again but slightly annoying. Block out curtain in bedroom but not lounge room where the sofa bed was made up. Up with the sun. Decent kitchen and accessories. A coffee pod machine would be great as the majority of the population now drink pods/espresso than instant. Thankfully, I had a few coffee bags on me. Loads of towels in the room which was great. Pool and spa lovely. Overall, a beautiful stay.

We had a very good deal on our room and we got lucky with its location. We were on the 15th floor with the cheaper hinterland view. However, as we were on the end of the building we had beautiful views out two directions. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location was great with a tram stop just a block away and the beach just 2 blocks.

We spent 3 nights. Wonderful staff. Check in was smooth. Rooms and other amenities were excellent. Close to public transport, shopping, cafes and restaurants. Will go back for sure.

Prime location, all shops at your footsteps. The cafe/bar in the hotel was excellent. Room was clean and comfortably arranged and had all I need for a family with young kids. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Hotel Surfers Paradise.
The team on the front desk when we checked in were warm and welcoming.
We booked a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment, of which we were placed on the 6th floor. The view is definitely obstructed by the buildings closer to the ocean however the patches we can see between them are beautiful to look at.
The apartment itself is fantastic - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full laundry and large full kitchen. The only thing it would be nice to have would be pegs - there’s a clothes horse to hang out your washing but no pegs to secure it with which seems odd considering the breeze on the balcony.
We had one issue where flicking a particular light switch causes all the lights in the apartment to turn off, however the maintenance man visited quickly and showed us how to reset this in the switch box.
We found the beds comfortable and had an assortment of different pillows which was great.
The $100 meal voucher we received with our booking was great - we really enjoyed the food at the on-site restaurant and had dinner here several times during our stay.
The pool is also lovely; a great temp and has a large shallow area for small children.
The location of the hotel itself is fantastic - only about 100m to the Surfers Paradise tram stop which makes travelling around the Gold Coast very convenient; it’s also a short walk to restaurants and shopping as well as the beach. We felt totally at ease here and like everything we needed was at our fingertips.
We’ve really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future.

Thanks to the team at the reception especially Rahul, Erica and Anshay they were very welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect for my family.

My partner and I stayed here for our week getaway on the gold coast and loved it!!! Was so close to everything we wanted to do and staff were amazing! Will def be back again for sure!!
