Palazzo Colonnades

I loved every moment with our stay at Palazzo colonnades. The room was spacious and clean with everything you need for comfortable stay, the location was amazing a short walk into the heart of Surfers Paradise or an easy tram ride down to Broadbeach and Pacific Fair shopping center. The staff were lovely and very welcoming.
With several great restaurants in close walking distance, we had a lovely time discovering what was around.
My absolute favorite part was sitting by the pool, enjoying the sun in such a relaxing atmosphere.
I look forward very much going there again for another stay

Great location with Northcliffe light rail station unlocking the Gold Coast attractions. Q1 Sky Climb is a stones throw away and pubs and restaurants at your doorstep. The rooms are clean, and functional with beach views and the staff are very agreeable. The pool is a beautiful addition with plenty of sun, a spa and a sauna free to guests. We had the pool area all to ourselves.

I have not one complaint about our stay. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, actually it was very cosy. Awesome location, with the Northcliffe tram station right out the front, short walk into Surfers Paradise as well. The complex was very clean and tidy. Staff were also lovely and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend Palazzo Colonnades.

We loved this place so much! We had the best stay! The room was awesome, super clean! Very comfortable. We were right at home. The staff are amazing and helpful. We hadn't been on holiday for a while so it was really nice to be able to get so much help and relax straight away. There's a tram right out the front that basically gets you anywhere and the staff will definitely help you with tram and bus travel plus any tourist activities. First day we were greeted by the new owner at the front desk, she was awesome and had only been running the place for a couple months or so and trying to turn the place around as the old owners didn't really care much about the cleanliness during the last X amount of months of their ownership. She's doing a bangin job and we will definitely be back! Photos are from the view from our balcony.

We had an enjoyable stay. Great location, tram stop just in the front of the hotel. Handy to any location you would want to go to.

We walked in off the street looking for one night and also needed a parking spot for our 4WD which was 2.6m in height, we had just driven through the country from SA and were exhausted.

The lady was so helpful and found us a wonderful room + accomdated our vehicle. Her knowledge of the area was also second to none!!

We will back for a long stay next year!

Most convenient place to stay. The staff Amesha who now runs the place was very helpful along with Cassy the receptionist. The rooms are fully furnished with nothing left to complain.

Amazing service and welcome upon arrival. Very neat and tidy rooms and the location was central to all the shops and restaurants we went to in Surfers Paradise. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Palazzo Colanndes few months back and could not be happier. The service we received was great. The rooms were very clean and the location is amazing. We would like to thank Amisha and her staff for a wonderful months stay.

with the new management taken over the improvements are immediately noticeable we loved the cleanliness the friendly staff were both charming and helpful also in a great location

we have already booked for a longer stay for next year

Great experience change of management and it shows rooms were very clean. Cassandra the receptionist was amazing nothing was to much trouble. This was our 4th stay and everything was great. Tram stop out the front was very easy.

Second time stay here in 2months. Close to everything. Clean affordable big rooms. Staff are always helpful 🙂

We stayed the past week with our 7 month old , we really enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly and let us check in early ( super helpful with a fussy baby) the pool was lovely and warm and the hot tub was so relaxing! Room was just what we needed and the property is well maintained and close to the Northcliffe tram stop.

The apartment I stayed in was fantastic. Everything was clean, it was spacious, the service by the reception staff was great, the place was right outside the train system, great value and the beach and shops were all within walking distance. I gave my stay 5/5 and if I get the opportunity to come to Surfers Paradise again I will be trying to stay at Palazzo Colonnades.

Fantastic location right near the Northcliffe tram station. We are in room 702 and it was a lovely clean two bedroom with views of the river and the ocean.

We had a problem with the washing machine overflowing but I found Kara downstairs vacuuming in the lobby and she was an absolute legend helping us. She washed our clothes for us and brought them back. Helped clean up the water and was so helpful.

The single beds were quite lumpy and there were no blankets but the aircon was great and it was very clean except for the stove which had a very greasy tray in it - obviously the previous occupant never washed it. Great WiFi too. Secure parking. But the pool is not heated so be aware of that in the colder months.

Had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.

Very and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for anything better. Would love to come again.
