My investment property has been managed by Elders Ashfield for near 10 years since I bought it. I never thought about I need to change to other agents at all as I have Koula Vassilakis to look after my property.

Raimondo Campione was an outstanding agent, he was very professional and I found his communication with me after every open home, phone calls and emails from buyers kept me well informed whether good or bad and this excellent communication kept me well informed with the progress of the sale.He also kept me informed of other sales in the area which I appreciated and that let me know the market value of my house. He exceeded my expectations of the sale of the house and secured the sale prior auction. Which was a very pleasing result with a price above what I was expecting.
