Cannot rave more about how freaking incredible incredible this studio is!
Have absolutely loved every class I’ve attended and always walk away feeling lighter, clearer and more grounded. The teachers are beautiful and phenomenal, all with differing styles of delivery. When Dana is teaching, I always know I’m going to leave sweaty as hell and levitating out of the studio haha. Love this place and this practice indescribably. What an incredible loving, and community feeling environment they’ve built as well!

I live and practice abroad for much of the year in America. I frequent the Gold Coast often. The first thing I do upon arrival is hit the studio at Hot Yoga Gold Coast - the studio has been my 'go to' for over 14yrs. I have been going to Hot Yoga for over 12 years now, and I can honestly say it has been life-changing. Awesome instructors, great facility and the feeling you get after you’ve done a 90 minute (or 60 min.) session is almost euphoric. And so many therapeutic benefits………. thank you Sean

I feel very lucky to have found hot yoga Gold Coast. Sean and Jodie have created such a beautiful relaxed space - everyone feels instantly welcomed by them and the teachers. Bikram yoga has been such a gift - physically and mentally. It continues to surprise me how good this practice is for your body and mind

A studio well worth going out of your way for. Roz, our 9:30am teacher, was welcoming, going out of her way to explain the class for us newbies. While in the class, her experience was obvious because of her clear and concise choice of words, giving you advice on what to focus on in order to extend your practise.

I enjoy every class I attend BYGC! The teachers are all very encouraging and very knowledgeable, whilst adding an element of fun when needed to pull the class together. The room is a wonderfully airy space with great floors, lighting and air system, best of all it's always hot!

Best Yoga and Pilates studio on the Gold Coast! The owners are truly passionate, caring and inspiring.. and they know how keep their customers fit and healthy. I’ve been coming to this studio for 14 years. The back pain I had before I started is a very distant memory. Love the variety of classes and the friendly community feel they’ve created here!

The most incredible Hot yoga studio. Hot Yoga has been the most amazing healing medicine for my body and mind. Two years ago I was diagnosed with stage one cancer (BIA-ALCL Lymphoma) caused from textured breast implants. My body has been fighting the toxicity from the implants and cancer for a long time. Its been a challenging time to regain my energy as my body felt heavy and sore, and my mind was foggy. I found that infrared saunas and yoga to be so powerful to release the heaviness in my body and energizing at the same time, so I came back to Hot Yoga after having a break and wow this has been a life changer. Thank you to the amazing team at Hot Yoga Gold Coast for everything you do. I finally feel like I have my energy back and feeling so free and light in my body and clear in my mind. Highly Recommend to everyone, especially if you have been feeling overwhelmed, physical pain, injuries or health challenges.

The best yoga studio bar none! The teachers are welcoming, friendly and warm, and the yoga will change your life. Literally nothing is as good as hot yoga for your body, mind and soul. Afterwards it's difficult for anything to bother you. And this is a special hot yoga studio, it's super modern, fresh and the aromatherapy is great.

Absolutely great space. Owners are very welcoming and so knowledgeable. Always see them spending time with students after the 09:30am class checking in with them and answering any questions they might have. Thanks for providing such a supportive place for my yoga to grow.

I walked into class today, energy levels a little low after being sick. I thought I would take it easy… However once Jodie started instructing the class I was back into the swing of things.
I left with more energy, mental clarity and a smile.
Sometimes getting there is the hardest part. So happy to be back 🙌

I really loved practising at this beautiful studio between Christmas and New Years Eve while I was home in Australia for 3 weeks recently. I usually practice in London and Hot Yoga Gold Coast felt like a yoga home away from home to me. The quality of the teaching and standard of yoga was unparalleled to any of the other studios I've been to in Australia. There was a lovely, friendly vibe at the studio and I got lots of (much appreciated!!) personalised corrections over my five classes. Thank you Jodie and Sean for such a special experience - you've got something really amazing happening at Hot Yoga Gold Coast. I hope to be back again soon 🙏😍💜

Love this yoga studio and the teachers. I really like that fact that you can take a shower after class so you don't have to drive home sweaty or to the shops. I am still getting used to the talking in the room before class as in previous hot yoga class it was silent but it's only a small thing. I absolutely LOVE this place and it's highly addictive (in the best way) ;)

Oh how I love it here! Been going for years! The teachers are warm and welcoming and have so much knowledge.The studio is always clean and airy. Great place to take some time for yourself.

Highly recommend - beautiful space with essential oils and welcoming, smiling, sweaty faces and perfectly heated/humid inside. You can always expect to be led through a strong practice - with knowledgable and passionate teachers who have an understanding of all skills, levels, (injuries) or fitness levels of students.
