Top Juice Erina Fair

Always amazing service from the whole team and such fresh produce. Competitors use bottled juices and don't have many options as far as lactose free or vegan milk and yoghurt alternatives.
See the team nearly 5 times a week and they're always a pleasure to talk to and be served by.

Small kiosk style outlet that makes freshly squeezed juice to order. Can be quite busy at times so be prepared for a wait. Price and sizes are average. Not to pricey and not too small. Medium fresh squeezed juice was around 8 dollars. Staff where friendly and polite. Will return when we are at Erina Fair next. Worht a visit.

Generally I know most people like this place but I bought a kale salad and there was a "matter" of hair in the salad. Took it straight back (I had only walked a few steps away when I had noticed it) and I asked for a refund. I was told they can just replace it (from the same container my current came from) I said no I would like my money back. The server with annoyed tone and facial feature had to discuss at length with her supervisor/ manager before returning and saying, we can replace. A firm no got me my few dollars back. I don't like it here but I know sooo many people love it and haven't had my experience.

I hope your experience is not like mine. I will never return though

Had to stop the young lady Serving me. She had on gloves, then proceeded to fix her hair with the gloves on then pick up the fresh carrots without changing gloves. The attitude I got in response was a clear reflection of how Top Juice views health and safety. I had to remind her again even after she changed gloves to throw away the carrots she handled. There is no training for attitude.

Have been there twice and left with a stomach ache both times. First time the lady gave me coconut yoghurt with I quote "I accidentally used too many dates" and used a larger tub than I ordered, but still gave it to me. Literally threw up. Second time ordered a banana smoothie, the lady (a different employee) once again used too many ingredients, apologised and gave me a larger cup. Too much fruit sugar, barely any vegetable of what I asked, still feel sick 12 hours later. Thanks for that

Erina fair this morning.. The worst customer service I have ever received.. 9.10am and there was a small line and the girl come wandering back to the shop and looks us, then says yeah!!! Time for a career change I think
