PHO THU | VIETNAMESE STREET EATS

The food was very yummy, I did order the grilled chicken and rice, but they did not have any grilled chicken left, so the nice lady that served me at the counter, said that the pork chops were nice, and she was not wrong, they were very tasty. My partner ordered the beef pho, which she really enjoyed also. The lady serving seemed very friendly and happy. I highly recommend.

Authentic pho with the clear rice noodles that I haven’t seen in other Vietnamese restaurant. Broth is light and flavorful, doesn’t make you sick of it when you finished it.

I did not expect good pho in erina fair, but they nailed it. Savory broth with heap of toppings 😍 Highly recommend the special pho here. I will come back to try other dishes at Pho Thu next timeヾ(☆▽☆)

I live locally on the Central Coast and can say without a doubt Pho Thu has the best Pho on the coast. Indeed it’s better than most of the Pho places in Sydney. I think after 1,000 bowls of Pho in my lifetime, I can say confidently I know what I’m talking about. Beautiful broth. Great noodles. The most friendly owner and staff yes it’s in Erina Fair shopping centre but don’t let that dissuade you. PHOnomenal bowl of Pho. Super authentic and tasty.

Generous serves, tasty, lovely service. I am usually sensitive to msg but couldn't detect it in the broth, which was very good. The Bun noodle salad was spot on. Great to find Viet food this good on the coast.

This restaurant's dishes are amazing. Do yourself a favour and try anything from the menu, it's Vietnamese street food at its best! Always fresh made and flavoursome.

Why has it taken me so long to try this place. I guess because its located in the food court near Woolworths, I imagined the quality would be disappointing.

Hubby & I shared the special beef pho (rare beef, tendons, beef balls & tripe) and a pork banh mi.
Wow!! Both exceeded our expectations!
The pho was the stand out! Full of flavour!
Undoubtedly the best banh mi on the coast!
We will definitely be trying more dishes from this a eatery.

Really great food. Always our go-to restaurant when we visit Erina Fair. What we’ve tried so far that we almost always order: pork spring rolls, steamed pork bbq buns, chicken ribs/pork chop/skewers with rice, any banh mi, and their special beef pho.

Best Pho I’ve had on the Central Coast. It made me so happy to eat this I had to go back and share my feedback with the lovely ladies who’d made my Pho! Lots of beef, very tender, perfectly balanced flavours and all ingredients and condiments were bang on. The only mistake I made was ordering a small and not the large. Next time. Thank you thank you thank you.
