Outstanding customer service and knowledge from Millos? Apologies for the spelling! He went beyond what I call good service, actually cares and doesn't just treat people like "the next customer" knowledge on dry herb vapes helped me significantly with my prescription herb, spent less than previous vapes that have died in months so I definitely recommend this gem of a store.

Amazing experience was given by Crystal. She’s lovely and patiently explain everything to us. Store is quite complete and have almost everything. Will definitely comeback 🥰.

I visited the Bankstown store this afternoon and was served by Crystal. My wife and I are quiting smoking and thoughtbwe would have a go at vaping. Crystal was so helpful in setting my wife up with a very easy to use vape, extra cartridges and flavoured oils. Crystal explained in detail how to use everything as well as filling up the vape for us. She explained how we need to see a gp for a script if we wanted actual nicotine. I will be bringing my Mother In-Law down here next week to get her fitted out too.
Crystal also told us to come back anytime we have any questions and let my wife taste test all the falvours.

I cant say anything other than exceptional customer service from Vivian I think her name was and David, I also think his name was. Nevertheless, will definitely be hyping this shop to family and friends, also a repeat customer for life. Amazing experience!!!!!

Firstly walked in cluelessly in their shop, these guys has the world’s best customer service, totally 11 out of 10 - I was that impressed and lost 😞 that I even forgot to ask the guy’s name at the front desk who helped me choosing each item! Whatsoever I’ve been into many shops but today I’ve had the best customer service experience so far! I highly recommend Vaper Choice for anything related to vaping, Imma keep this shop on the top list of my watch, also once again thanks to you guys! Prices are very reasonable and definitely worth spending each pennies at their shop, don’t look further if you wanna get anything just visit their shop. 😄

Caper choice Bankstown has a huge variety of e juices from all over the world, there's samples to try with different mods from nearly all of the flavours which is amazing for choosing your favourite flavours. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable and all e-liquids and mods everything to do with vaping you can find here. They had drip tips which are hard to find in store so that's a big bonus.
Great store that's right near the Bankstown train line and also the big bus stop is right there as well, also there is enough street parking around to park somewhere close by.
Go and check it out, glad I finally went there and go some really nice and new flavours. No nicotine here they will direct you online, but other than that is great.

This is an excellent vape shop. After trawling through vape shop searches and disappointment with ‘out of stock’ on anything I wanted I found vaperchoice. They had exactly what I needed and in stock. I used the Bankstown store. The staff were excellent. Helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and friendly. I couldnt ask for more.

The most helpful vape shop staff I have come across especially Milos. They make you feel more like a friend then another customer. Have not gone to another shop since finding them. Whether i’m there for juice or rebuilding a whole vape they never disappoint!

I am a Team member of Bozzku and my brothers Monty and Boom Boom told me to come shop here. I have to say that their customer service is just bloody phenomenal. I have never had any problems and also so quick at getting your order ready and postage out. So do yourself a favour and order your vape gear etc off these guys as they are brilliant

This is by far the best vape shop in Sydney and the only one that knows how to give high quality vape products to new vapers and experienced!

This place is always helpful when you need suggestions about vaping products and the guy who works there seems very passionate about vaping - which is excellent since it shows he really enjoys he's job and genuinely cares for the customer experience.

Just ordered online from Vaper Choice and my only regret is I can't rock up to the shop in Sydney to meet this awesome team (I'm in Melbourne). Selection of juice is fantastic, the price almost unbelievable, delivered quickly in possibly the most considerate packaging ever. I've been vaping for 10 years and this was one of the best online experiences ever. Nice work.
