The foods here is fantastic, hot and fresh when it comes to your table and in good quantity for the pricing. Some of the best burgers and chips we’ve ever had.

The staff here are the most friendly, ready to help people you’ll ever meet. They really go above and beyond for you and we really appreciate it. The food and drink came out quick which was great considering we had a large group (11).

The atmosphere is awesome, good music playing at a level that you can hear the people you’re eating with and also enjoy what you’re listening to. Easy to find/access location, we walked to and from both times we ate here for dinner and lunch.

Longboards is great. Stayed in the Gold Coast for a week and this was honestly one of the best meals we had. We got the slider taster with 3 of their popular burger flavours which were all really tasty, their sweet potato fries that were nice and crisp, and the chicken wings that came with ranch. Food was delicious and the ambience had that nice 'laidback' feel to it, perfect to go before heading down to the beach. Cocktails were also good. You can either order by scanning the QR code at the table or going to the bar.

10/10, food was very good. There is something in the fried that is really good.

- chicken was perfectly crunchy, pineapple was a great compliment
- it wasnt really spicy as advertised

- lots of chicken
- lettuce was fresh and tasty
- Garlic Croutons were amazing

They have lots of deals on throughout the week, we went on Sunday and the love music was fantastic, will be back again soon!

Amazing burgers, great service and friendly staff. The atmosphere was good as there was a swimming pool which I think was being used by hotel guests but it added to the vibe. Definitely one of the top burgers I've had - highly recommend!

Longboards is my new happy place. Super cheap drinks during happy hour and still reasonably priced at every other time of the day. Food is delicious but the thing that makes this place like no other is the staff. These people know you're here to have fun and they go out of their way to ensure that. I'm staying in the Q1 with a bunch of friends and we have come here every day without fail. Today some of the group tackled the challenge burger which was huge and reportedly really tasty. Shout out to one of the blokes behind the bar, Rupert. Super kind, brilliant memory and very funny guy. Made our experience even better than it already was. We have a few days left of the trip and there's no doubt that we'll make the most of Longboards before we go.

I had so many awesome and different places to try out on our trip to Surfers but out of all the different places we tried i LOVED the food at LongBoards the best in my opinion.
The drinks were SO good and the salt they used for their chips was unreal! My partner and i both ordered a burger with chips and drinks on the side.
They had the option of ordering at the counter or ordering from your phone which was such a cool option, the atmosphere for the place was lovely! It’s next to apartments so there’s a pool next door and it’s makes everything so nice and cosy of a nighttime with the lighting and what not. The staff were absolutely on point too, constantly checking everybody to see if they were okay or doing rounds of the restaurant. The staff were awesome, i wish i remembered her name they may not have had name tags but we got served by such a lovely younger darker haired girl with the loveliest eyelashes!
Being back at home away from Surfers i’ve actually been craving the chips we had from Laid Back SO BAD, and for days!! That seasoning is that good hahaha.

We travel here from Fernvale for the atmosphere and great food! Have been back many times! Burgers are great and full of flavour, worth the price and great cocktail menu too! Service is friendly and welcoming. Will be back again. Thanks again!

Great place to stop in for lunch or dinner in the gold coast, good food, wonderful staff, the barman/front of house made the atmosphere, very inviting and to to yarn with. His service was second to none! Good daily deals every day. If you want a burger and a beer this is the place to go!

Up front, I’m going to review this as a bee and burger bar, not a restaurant.

I dined at 1:30pm on a windy winter Wednesday. It was unpleasant outside, but surprisingly comfortable inside. The decor was Gold Coast chic - surfing pictures, boards and the like. The area bordered the pool of a neighbouring complex, adding an even more water based theme.

I shared the space with 2 other diners, but I reckon this place would be bangin’ on weekends.

I elected to sit in a booth and to order using the app. There was vast array of mergers and some enticing share food options and seafood dishes. The booth was spacious and comfortable.

The drinks list was extensive, with some particularly appealing draft beers.

My beer arrived very quickly, with the food not far behind. The chips were perfect and the aoli dressing to die for. I elected to not add anything to the burger. It was excellent, with the patty cooked to the right level. It was a big burger - much bigger and it would have been hard to eat. That said, I was able to eat it without it exploding or being covered in it.

The meals were appropriately priced, as were the beverages.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved our sliders tasting platter (1x Heisenburger, 1x Beach Cheeseburger, 1x American Swine), which was both tasty and generous in size. The hot chips we ordered as a side was also made just the way we like it- perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside.

Great food, and great service. Really loved this place when visiting for our holiday. There was a computer error which delayed our meal. The staff came and apologised, and offered us free drinks. They were amazing, genuine people too. Plus the Burgers here are amazing!

Right by the q1, this is an excellent restaurant. We got the veggie burger,calamari and cheese jalapeño strings. Calamari was super fresh and burgers were delicious. Burgers are huge so share if you aren’t super hungry.

My son picked longboards for his 15th birthday dinner and I’m so glad he did.
The burgers, wings and loaded fries were amazing.
We had Courtney service our table and she was a sweetie with great service.
Did not wait long for the amount of food we ordered everything was great.

We went to Longboards twice whist staying at the Q1. First time was a Friday night for dinner and the second time was at lunch time on a Sunday. Both times the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food both times were fresh and we got our food very quickly even though was very busy.
