Hot Spot Autos Greystanes

Purchased an Audi Q3 for my daughter at the Greystanes yard. The car was competitively priced, in excellent condition and delivered as promised. The sales staff and owner are honest and friendly and act with integrity.

My husband and I recently purchased a car from Hot Spot at Greystanes and we are very happy with the vehicle and the price. Salesman Derek was very helpful and obliging and left us alone to closely inspect the vehicle, log books and take measurements. He was not pushy or trying to BS us about the car and answered all our questions. If he wasn't sure about something he said so. We were able able to quickly agree on a fair price without the usual BS and put down a holding deposit but asked Derek to follow up one particular issue about the car he was not certain of. Prior to picking up the car Bill who is the owner phoned me to provide me with an answer to the question we had raised and offered to refund the holding deposit, before we even asked, if we were not happy with proceeding with the purchase. our quest. We had a great car buying experience @ Hot Spot Autos. Bill was looking after us and made this a blast.

At first we took our time looking at the different vehicles ourselves - no pushy salesman around. Once we needed some help Bill was there right away - friendly and customer oriented even though it was already 06:00pm.

We let him know which vehicle we like, but what makes us hesitant from buying the car. He addressed our issues and put it straight which once he can fix and which one he can't. We felt treated honest, negotiated a deal and placed a down payment.

A week later we came to the yard again - all agreed issues were resolved - and even a little bit more.

Thank you for your help Bill. We enjoy every day driving our new car and will certainly come back to you when we will buy another vehicle.

Purchase was sweet and smooth. Staff were absolutely the best. Took the ranger on a test drive on Saturday to my own private mechanic who was with no doubt very impressed with the ranger which left me with that warm safe feeling of the purchase

Just bought a Range Rover from Derek.
An amazing car.
Derek noticed a small nick in the drivers seat after I had signed the contract.
He got it fixed anyway even though he didn't need to.
Service like Derek's is rare in this day and age

I had looked a few iloads around, and in the end I decided to purchase with Hotspot Autos.
I am not a big fan of car dealers but I must admit that Bill was great to deal with.
Not pushy at all, very confident in his products and open to listen to my necessities.
He traded my car in, and after my request, put brand new tyres to the van without charging and extra $.
I felt at ease after I left his place after my first visit to view the vehicle, and for the following week, whilst I was thinking what to do, he never called me back to insist, so I could process my decision without pressure. Spot on.
Van is running smoothly so far, finger crossed but after nearly three weeks I am totally pleased with this purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend hotspot to other buyers 💪

Great interaction, bought a Hyundai iload no problems with it. Relaxed selling environment, never felt pushed. They managed to move heaven and earth in the arvo to get a blue slip and my car rego’d for me. Changed my perspective of the slicked back greasy hair car dealer.
