Came for their Tuesday 50% happy hour and fell in love with the place. The cocktail list was creative and delicious, and though the food took a while to come the portions were great and very tasty!
The staff were all very attentive, kinda and helpful, they added to the amazing atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back!

We came here pretty early on so it was still very quiet but I have heard it gets a lot livelier later on!

The food was delicious, lovely oysters, the crab tostadas were incredible and even the guacamole and chips had a bit of a twist which was delicious.

The cocktails were beautiful and very well balanced - you can tell they definitely know their flavour palettes here!

I definitely will be returning (hopefully during happy hour!)

Have been to Employees Only Sydney several times over the past couple of years. Has to easily rate as the best bar anywhere I have visited, including their namesake in Singapore.

For me the #1 attraction to EO Sydney is the bar staff. They are amazing in their skills in making drinks, especially cocktails, and in the way they entertain the guests. Cocktails are amazing, especially the Coconut Espresso Martini. The speciality is the house Shot. If you are nice to them, I am sure they will treat you to one! :-)

Food is outstanding, especially considering this is a bar. They have a dining area. The food is absolutely delicious.

They also have "entertainment" on Friday & Saturday nights.

Overall, this is a must go to bar / restaurant in Sydney. You can also have your fortune told. Finally, THE BEST music in any bar in any country I have been to.

8pm 08/10/23 Amazing service through and through by everyone especially Lorena as she was a great hostess to me and my wife. Food was good, I loved my sous vided lamb chops. It was our first time at the venue and it was a nice Gatsby type vibe, from the underground location to the burlesque bar top dancer. The place was clean, including the toilet. The service was quick, the drinks came around in under a minute for most of them. Overall a good experience but I had to write a review because of the stellar service. Keep it up.

Must visit bar in downtown Sydney. Drinks were fantastic and the music and ambience was phenomenal. Had a great time here. Ordered the hummus, beetroot & Greek dip and it was delicious, the chickpeas on top were very crispy. Want to come back here for happy hour!

Recently visited here and boy, it left a lasting impression! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. Place was bit difficult to find even with help from maps. But the bouncer checking the IDs gave it away 😀.

Happy Hour deal is a steal! It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy their delicious food and cocktails without breaking the bank.

Food and drinks are 110% great. The highlight for me was the Crab Fries and the Artichoke dish. They also offer a commendable variety of vegetarian options, which was a pleasant surprise for my vegetarian friends who joined me.

Cocktail with passionfruit and coconut cream is to die for, probably best cocktail I’ve had in Sydney! The Asian lady bartender was extremely nice and helpful 🤍 will continue on coming back 😁

Very intimate that can be enjoyed by both a group or a couple.

👀 I had visited the New York employees only and loved it so when it opened in Sydney I had to check it out. Located in the midst of the CBD, a bit hidden, look for the red neon Psychic sign! EO is more of an intimate speakeasy vibe.

Described as a ‘members-only-venue without membership-fees’. With other establishments, following the likes of Singapore and London.

AMELIA Wyborowa Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur shaken with Fresh Lemon & Puréed Blackberries. Served straight up. So rich and dense.

250g Sirloin steak MBS3+ with Pumpkin Puree, Dutch Carrots, Peas, Red Vein Sorrel & Jus - felt like a roast steak dinner yum

Salted Caramel Tart with Milk Choc Ganache, Hazelnut Gelato and Freeze Dried Raspberry - delicious and rich

When twice for my birthday week! Love this place for after work drinks and dinner- value for money, quality food and great service!

Located in a discreet location. You are greeted by stairs leading to the basement and dim lighting to set the mood. Feels like you walked into a secret room but welcomed by people drinking and laughing.

The drinks and food at happy hour is great, especially the 50% off. Just note the large plate dishes are not big in food proportions but large plates being used.
Otherwise its a great place to come after work for a few drinks and nibbles.

Their happy hour 5-6pm Tues to Thurs is the best deal in town! 50% off cocktails and food and the best part? Everything taste REALLY good! Food was perfectly prepared - tried the beef tartare, burrata with prosciutto, spaghetti and the mussels were all excellent. Pasta was cooked al dante!!! (Yeah this should be the norm but it isn't at so many restaurants...)

Cocktails were yummy too and the vibe was dark and trendy.

Really enjoyed my evening.

Fabulous place where you can go for cocktails and or also have a meal in their dining section, highly recommend booking especially for a Friday. We were lucky to book a table which was great.

Service was really friendly & food came out at a relatively good pace. The lamb & potato gratin were sublime!

This is an amazing place, staff are so caring and helpful. Billy provides you with all hearted service like he's welcome you to his house. I would definitely go there again because of the atmosphere he would create, going out of his way to make you feel at home. They bar makes the best old fashioned cocktail, just the way I like it.
If you ever come to Sydney, don't miss this place.

Went to EO for our anniversary dinner, and it was so lovely! We had a delay with our mains being served, but the waiters were lovely! Really good cocktails and delicious food!

Great atmosphere and really fantastic customer service last night, especially being so busy for valentines day! Cocktails and food were fabulous. We will definitely be coming again.

Hands down best bar I’ve ever been to. I went two nights in a row, the food is amazing, drinks even better and the service is top notch. Such a great vibe, our bartender Duke did a magic trick, there was a burlesque show and there’s even tarot card readings.

Definitely order: bone marrow, truffle crab fries tuna. Drinks wise - loved the lala land shots, even more as cocktail, Amelia and mandarina. Thanks for an amazing night Mark and Manny

Speakeasy-ish vibe, no explicit signpost outside but lookout for a small “Psychic” neon sign and descend into a dark basement bar / dining that is Employees Only. Bookings are strictly limited to 2 hours. We visited on a Friday 6pm & it was still quiet, but the crowd gets bigger as it gets later. Pleasantly surprised by a live dance performance (it’s a cabaret?). Drinks & food are on point, albeit on the smallish side. Didn’t get to do the tarot card reading, but would give it a shot next time. Coming here is an impressive experience in itself.
