We had an amazing experience with Nordwest lighting. We purchased 8 fans both indoor and outdoor. We got the best deals in pricing compared to some of the other places we had considered buying. Am glad we went with Nordwest as we ended up not liking one of the fans and Justin was kind enough to come to our home and understand the issue. He spent time to analyse what would work best for us and provided an exchange of fans, which was way beyond our expectations. Thanks Justin for your time and your brother who helped us on call. I have already provided your reference to my family and friends. You’ll be my go to for any future electrical needs.

Beautiful store with lots of options for your lightning and other electrical needs.. but that's not the best part..we bought and installed 4 fans from them and one of them turned out to have some manufacturing defect .. we contacted the company eglo and logged a warranty claim. However the manufacturer kept putting us on hold and making us wait for days whereas Norwest kept following up and by the end of 2 weeks themselves suggested that they would replace the fan on their account and sort it out with the manufacturer.
They could have left it saying it's not their fault and not done anything about it but they went out of their way to help us and provide us with service we will always remember.. that's their service promise and that why you should choose them above their competitors

I can not emphasise how great a bloke Andrew was in assisting my wife and I with our new ceiling fans. Bought most of the lights and fans from this team of champions. The price is excellent even beating the online prices. Justin and team do an excellent job of recommending products and their opinion which helps. To top it all they delivered it (within their radius) on the day if delivery. Needed 3 x fan lights and 3 x exhaust fans for our bedrooms and bathrooms. Somebody, (can't remember who), suggested we go and check out Nordwest Lighting. What a great suggestion that was. Justin and Andrew were just in the middle of revamping their store, (just before Xmas), but made us feel very welcome and attended to us even among all that chaos. Justin took the lead and made all the great suggestions, (and both of them being so informative), made our whole process so satisfying and so easy. Had a hiccup with one of the fans, notified Justin. Due to the Xmas and New Years shut down he gave us a replacement fan so we could expedite the warranty service. Awesome customer service and the price was great. Thanks again guys and we'll be back for more goods very soon.

Andrew is very attentive, helpful and polite. Being a subject matter expert in lighting, we trust his advice and have never been disappointed. He keeps us up to date with our orders, especially if they're being ordered from a supplier and possibility of delays. We are happy to wait and appreciate being kept in the loop. Prices are reasonable, but it's the service that sets him above other lighting places.

Excellent service from Andrew. We bought a ceiling fan 3 years ago that stopped working, Andrew came out to our house at no charge to replace the transformer. Brilliant.

I have bought kitchen pendant lights from Australian Lighting Rouse hill. We have had really great experience with this store. When We bring lights at home we found one of the light glass was broken, So I have contacted to Andrew & explain him what has happened. Andrew straightaway told me don't worry I will replace new light. not only he replaced new light but he came to my home & fix it without any charge. I can say Andrew give more importance to customer satisfaction than money. I appreciate your help.

Got recommended by our electrician to go and see Andrew at Australian lighting for ceiling fans we needed for our house .Andrew's customer service was 2nd to none , he went out of his way to help and ensured I purchased the right fan to suit our needs. We have returned numerous times since to purchase more stuff and Andrew is always competitive on price but its his customer service that wins us over . Time to spread the word for this little gem of a business in the Hills to others and help this business grow.

A HUGE range of good stuff and very knowledgeable owners. We bought a fan for our alfresco and our electrician installed it in next to no time at all. Quality product with a 2 year in home warranty and a 5 year total warranty. We will be buying more stuff from these guys for sure.

One of the best Lighting stores in sydney with affordable price. Andrew offers products that you need rather than upselling the products to make money.
