Versabuild built my house at Oran Park. They were very professional and deliver exceptional customer service if you want a good quality home at a good price I could not recommend Versabuild enough !

I had a great experience with Tony and his team at Versabuild. They went above and beyond for my needs and succeeded in every way.

Jack and his team provided exceptional service throughout the building process when building our home in Edmondson Park. They made the building process easy and stress free. They were very professional and friendly through every step of the process.

Tony and the team at versabuild were very professional, and service and quality exceeded expectation in our duplex at bass hill. Highly recommended.

Tony and his company were a nightmare to build with. We experienced severe plumbing issues right after the house was built, after calling them immediately once problems arose they dismissed our concerns and decided to ignore all advances from us (emails, calls, text messages). We had to get a new private plumber to investigate the issue and he found concrete poured down the pipes. This meant we had to pay for this plumber even though we made Tony aware of the issue well within the insurance period. Building a brand new home is meant to be an exciting experience, instead this company created unnecessary stress. I would not recommend anyone to build with this company.

The quality of my build was rubbish and not made any better by the shocking customer service of versa build. I would tell of all the issues building with versa build but it really wouldn't sound believable, these are the kind of guys that give builders a bad name. Do not pay them until every defect has been finished, they will not return. Check all works have been done before any progress payments. If you want to speak to them you might want multiple numbers, they will ignore you and Tony is not above telling you to F OFF. Stay clear for your own sake, I am going through fair trading over issues now.

Not very good at finishing the project and after sale service.. if you need to get a chance to talk to them you basically need to call them with different numbers every time
