We stopped for a pub lunch in May 2022 after a country drive from Perth and we were very pleasantly surprised. I had a medium-rare scotch fillet with chips & steamed veg and pepper gravy, with a pint of Swan Draught. It was one of the best tasting pub steaks I've ever had, much better than in Perth! Maybe it was just my lucky day, but I'll definitely go there again.

Came here with a group of 25 but only gave them 15 minutes warning. Meals were excellent, service was brilliant. Great access for people with mobility restrictions. Rates amongst my top 3 best restaurants I have ever eaten at.

Cody was really helpful in accomodating our large trailer, opening the hat around the back for easy access. He even offered to drive us to Maccas since we got in too late.

Great pub. Great staff, beer and food. Fitted 25 of us in at the last minute on a Tuesday night. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

Huge meals - make sure you're hungry! Good menu selection, good selection of beers on tap, including Guinness! Well worth a stop on a hot day.

Best steak i have eaten intown

We had a wonderful lunch at the Riverside. I was expecting the typical bland pub food but was surprised at how good our meals were. Lots of flavours and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend dropping in for a meal.

Very good clean room, pre packed lunch was good, steak sandwiche is one of the best I have had with a good serving of chips on the side. Not a motel, but a great country pub with very friendly staff and atmosphere.
