Great chemist and exceptional customer service, had everything I was looking for. Will defiantly be returning!! :)

I've been getting my Webster Paks arranged through here, and no complication on my end has been too much for the staff there to handle. Walked in today to pick up my latest month's Websters and they'd remembered me by name, which was a rare pleasure. The pharmacy staff have always been very helpful to me.

In terms of the store itself, it's stocked top-to-bottom as every Chemist Warehouse is. Don't expect endless hours spent on in-store product presentation as if you'd gone to a boutique store, but it's clean, well-stocked, and well-serviced by friendly helpful staff. That's exactly what I want from a chemist and pharmacist.

I get there might be occasional issues and I mainly use dispensary, but the staff couldn't be more friendly, knowledgeable or helpful. They offer help way beyond what any large pharmacy provides, despite often being extremely busy.

They communicate well with doctors and have been very helpful and patient with showing me the app and other services. For things like incorrect information on scripts they are bound by law with what they can and can't do.

Even if the service was terrible (which it's not) it's still way cheaper than other pharmacies. If you get lots of meds you'd probably save a few hundred over a year.

I have complex medical prescriptions and over the counter purchases.
Julie & Barry, as well as all the staff are more than helpful & reassuring.
Nothing is a trouble.

Julie and Bardia (Barry) are the most friendly and caring pharmacists ever! They are so helpful and understanding and nothing is a bother for them. They treat me like a friend rather than a customer, which is so lovely.

I want to say i had the best customer service ive ever had from a lovely lady called Amy, she just served me and she made my day and showed me people still care ,thank you Amy you brought tears to my eyes

Great Chemist and has lots of products at reasonable prices! Staff lovely and I am always well looked after! Maybe because I’m in a wheelchair!! No not really I’ve been coming here for years and not permanently in Wheelchair I hope!!
