Woolworths Mt Hutton

I left my wallet at home but I had about $6 in coins so I went to Woolworths and got some fruit to get me through. I explained to the lady the reason why I only had coins. Straight away with out any hesitation the lady said I can buy you something for lunch. I said I'm fine but thank you very much. She then said I can buy you a drink if you like and I said thank you again I'll be fine as I have some water. What a absolutely, lovely lady. Thank you for the lovely experience, Woolworths 5 Stars.

Thumbs up to the lovely ladies at the front today. I had an issue with my bank when I was trying to pay for my groceries and the staff were so patient and kind the whole time. The manager on duty was extremely helpful and understanding. 10/10 service !!

What a lovely, genuinely polite young man.

The Woolworths system to the boot scheme at Mt Hutton is outstanding. It was my second time this morning (8- 9 am) . The young female who loaded the goods was very friendly and efficient. This type of service is appreciated and reflects well on Woolworths.
I also did an order a few days ago the the experience was similarly first rate. At Mt Hutton the system is very well sign posted to make it easy to find the pickup place. The app works really well.

this has to be the best store I've been to. It's always tidy and clean. My favourite spot is the coffee bar. the staff makes my coffee every morning with a smile and filled to the rim. Tracey always makes me feel happy when she serves me. Good job guys, I'll be back every day. Love my coffee especially made with love. ♥

Not just woolworths but in general Mt Hutton shopping center has all you need with the shops for your requirements. Great layout good car parking and plenty of small cafe and food outlets to occupy the shopping time.

Then today I was ignored and not listened to whilst placing an order at fish counter.
Andrew, a manager who I located easily... demonstrated perfectly how to deal with a service delivery failure. Thank you for the box of chocolates and best wishes for the festive season.
If only everyone was as proactive as Andrew in their service delivery.

The lady at the check out was wonderful. Today I have had a very sore back and she actually put the groceries into the trolley for me as well. I couldn't ask for more.

For a Friday arvo it wasn't too busy and no queue at the checkout.

The store is pretty quiet thanks to the pandemic but it is in great shape. Stock levels are great and seasonally up to date. Prices are attractive and staff seem friendly and relaxed.

Loved it. The best Woolworths store I have been in recently. The attached cafeteria has friendly efficient staff and great coffee and scones at very a reasonable price. In-store the deli is great.

Not a lot of shoppers, shelves were being restocked, isles were a bit cluttered staff happy to reach things I could not all in all a good experience with staff who were efficient and courtious

This is by far my favourite woolworths. The butcher meat is amazing and the sushi is better than some dedicated sushi places I have eaten at. Clean, well laid out store with wide aisles.

Just don't go there on a Tuesday through the self service checkouts the old woman working there is a pain in the arse

I love shopping at my local Woolworths. Store layout has nice feng shui and the millennials at the check outs are nice kids - chilled and friendly.
