Margaret River Grass Trees Gymea

Had Brad Regan from our local store at Gymea deliver and assist with our two grass trees. Couldn’t be more happy as he went above and beyond to ensure we had these placed correctly and gave so much advice to make sure they survive. He was even on the shovel.

Purchased our grass tree from gymea. Ciaran was very helpful from start to finish. He delivered our tree today and was patient to make sure the tree look perfect in its spot. I highly recommend Ciaran for your special tree shopping experience.

A hidden gem! MRGT Gymea has a vast array of predominantly black boys, dragon trees and olive trees in all different shapes and sizes. Ciaran was refreshingly helpful and knowledgeable and packaged together an amazing deal for us. Highly recommend.

Great service and trees

Mike Johnson, the owner, is a rude and illegitimate buisness person who scams customers for money by selling dubiously excavated trees from WA. Once he has your money he'll try to fob you off from then onwards. Do not trust this shonky bloke, everything he says is in order to extract as much money from you while he has you on the line, that's it. If your tree dies, he blocks your number, disregarding the "warranty". Should be reported to authorities tbh. The guys he has working for him in nsw are ok, just doing their jobs, but really they are being directed by an utter C U Next Tuesday.

Mike the owner is super RUDE once he takes your money. I spent $10K with his business and he hung up on me when I called him with my concerns and wouldn't even hear me out.

I purchased a dragon tree and grass tree from him at the Sydney Home Show. He agreed to look after the trees until I was ready to plant them.
He then sold my grass tree to someone else and I was left with the option of only 2 available trees to chose from which were of lesser value. He then REFUSED to refund the difference of the trees due to his stuff up!
He has refused to acknowledge his mistake and show any remorse and feels entitled to my money.

My dragon tree was delivered to me in less than optimum health with yellowing and spotted leaves.

I was charged $120 per hour for delivery when he told me it was included as part of the Home Show special.

Do not believe a word he says, get everything in writing, or save yourself the trouble and buy from a reputable business.

Just be aware they guarantee the trees but don’t want to know about it after your money is taken. Wont return or take calls. Stay away.
