Leichhardt Medical & Dental Centre

One of the best Medical and Dental clinic centre in Sydney. They look after the their customers very well. Whole team and the organisation is going well because of the team work. Receptionist and doctors are fantastic. Dr Lindall is one of the best. I like to recommend everyone to visit this place when you get sick next time.

I dropped in for a prescription today, my doctor was Dr James Walter, my first time with him. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with a GP. Dr James was personable and professional, efficient and insightful. He asked great questions and had some great suggestions relating to my interest in a general blood test. Something I had raised with previous GP’s with no effect. I hope Dr James Walter continues at this medical centre, I will go out of my way to return so I can repeat todays experience. Thank you!

I had a positive experience at the Leichhardt Medical Centre. The staff were kind and respectful, making my visit more comfortable. Their professionalism was evident throughout, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

Dr Jessica Murphy is exceptional. I always am very grateful with her caring and thorough work. She will kindly walk through all the information about the tests/diagnosis when I visit, and always takes care to follow-up. Thank you!

I saw my first positive RAT test at 6 PM on Saturday night, and called the Centre at 6:50 PM. The receptionist, Maria, and Dr Moet Khine were very professional, caring and helpful in providing me with a prescription for anti-viral medication before the Centre closed at 8 PM. I was able to procure the antivirals and start taking them on Sunday morning. I am now well on the way to recovery, and I am very grateful.

Fantastic staff - front desk lady (Sarah I think) was so professional and caring, had a million people asking her silly questions but still took the time to understand our issue and provide us with top quality service and support. Well done team. Was seen on time and the doctor was polite and very supportive. Again back to front desk where I was processed very quickly and on my way - a million thanks to all and especially the lady(s) at reception for their hard work.

Efficient and friendly service at reception. Went in to appointment at the correct time so wasn't waiting for ages like often happens. Doctor was friendly and thorough.

Visited Leichhardt medical centre today and found it a very welcoming. The staff at the desk were very professional and courteous. The doctor was very efficient and friendly. I was very impressed with my visit.

Dr Damien Lindall is fantastic! He was on time and listened to me and was patient and understanding.
I didn’t feel rushed and left feeling heard.

Fast forward. I’m so happy to be back seeing my fave Dr at Leichhardt Medical and Dental Centre. This centre has had its problems and yes you still wait but there was a transformation and I admit the problems were a sign of our times during and post Covid. I was angry and wrong to overreact.

Bittersweet writing this. Since Covid, ( yeah, it gets the blame for everything wrong with service these days) it has been virtually impossible to see my doctor. I didn’t really mind the hour+ waiting times before but now this is compounded by non existent service.
It’s not a good look either that favourable reviews are being applauded by the centre and no one is responding about addressing issues, particularly the phone issue which the centre manager told me they were looking into months ago.
After months of trying to get to see my doctor due to his roster being very sparse on the booking app, I was told that Sunday morning that I finally got an appointment that I had to pay $100. I didn’t have that in my account as I’m on a pension. I left without hanging around to get my specialists feedback! Fast forward many weeks, I’m still waiting for the application to have my records transferred which the centre manager said she had emailed!!!!
Also my phone logs show that I have waited on the phone for 5.5 hours over weeks, without actually getting through. A big shout out to the excellent radiologist Nick and the pathology nurse Jenny, you are stars.
Sorry Dr S, I thought you were great, shame the centre let us both down!!!!

Had an appointment with Dr Murphy today and she had a really good bedside manner and was very thorough. I have noticed many comments on the poor service at the front desk, but the young lady in today was very helpful and friendly towards myself and all other patients who came in. I specifically observed the front desk to see the manner in which patients are being treated and this was definitely of good standard.

Amazing doctors. Waited a little longer than expected but was very impressed with doctor Shen and medical receptionists Manning the fort.

we made an online booking an hour and a half ahead of seeing the doctor and the doctor saw us within minutes of the booking, We determined the issue needed investigation but did require urgent attention so so gave a blood test form which a I have actioned when the blood test lab opens tomorrow, This was at 6 pm on a Sunday night and we were travelling at the time so we were away from Melbourne (our home town) I would have no hesitation in using the practice again it was better than spending a few fours in casualty of a major hospital,.

Great Medical Centre!

This was the first time I have been to the centre. Dr Chaudhry was really good and thorough. Everything ran smoothly and on time. I'd recommend Leichardt Medical and Dental.

So happy to have finally found a thoroughly caring and concerned doctor. I leave never feeling rushed and his work ethic for a patient is beyond. Thanks

I have been attending this centre for the last 10 years and I highly recommend the services and treatments from their specialists. Very good waiting time as you sit comfortably in their lounge and enjoy the TV shows or leisurely read your book. Friendly environment.

Pleasant, modern facilities. Friendly staff. Personable doctors. When your consultation comes to an end you should feel well looked after.

Dr Orazio was amazing. He is very thorough in the consult.
I have been to him twice and the difference in my neck pain is amazing.

I’ve been coming here for a year and I’ve never had an issue. I even use the dentist and the pharmacy here. The doctors are really nice and mostly run on time. I can usually get an appointment pretty quickly and you can book online. Would recommend.

Clean centre, welcoming reception staff and very helpful doctors. Definitely recommend this medical centre.
