Great shop great prices great service!

I wouldn't say this store has the most helpful staff. Turns out I had a package rerouted to this store because "I wasn't at home" (Ugh, postal services am I right?) But when I got to the store the man didn't move off his seat, he didn't smile or greet me, it seemed like I was inconvenicing him... (Should be called the Norton Not So Convenience). Pretty disappointed with the service that I got. Im not surprised there's negative reviews for this store.

Worse convenience store in the area, awful staff, smoking and talking at mobile in other language without assist customers. I would have give zero stars if possible.

Will never walk in this store again. Too busy smoking to help me top up my opal and purchase extra opal cards for my family.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This store is dirty and disgusting. I went in on the way home from work as it is across the road from my workplace. I walked in to an empty store, no staff at all. The one staff worker was out the front smoking a cigarette and when I went to the counter to pay for my item he walked in, STILL SMOKING and served me with the cigarette in his hand. Not only was he an intensely unpleasant man, but the smoke surrounded me and not only is that disgusting in itself but I am asthmatic and it was very uncomfortable. Do not set foot in this awful shop; it’s the most horrible, overpriced, shop I’ve ever been in.

Excessive surcharges on visa/debit cards.

It’s illigal to charge over 1% for visa/debit cards. With no notice or signage. They will tell you the full cost then charge up to 2% extra which isn’t visible when you’re tapping your card. But it shows up on your account.

Once I charged my opal card in this store for 40$ and when I used I found that there is only 20$ in my card. When I told them they didn't accept their fault and answered me very rudely.
