I had the best experience when I was in a time crunch to buy a new phone this morning after my old phone died! I was looked after by the lovely Bash, who helped me with the best deal, told me about all the offers and helped me set up my new phone all in a short period of time! Great customer experience! Thank you Bash and the team!

Mitchell was an excellent salesperson who insightfully answered all of my questions and helped me secure my dream iPhone. I left this store with a much greater understanding and appreciation of the product, all thanks to Mitchell’s knowledge and expertise. I recently had another amazing shopping experience at JB Hi-Fi Leichhardt, and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation. I visited the store with the intention of purchasing some DJI products. The service provided by Oscar was truly exceptional. Not only did he ensure that I received a fantastic deal on the package but his vast knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the products added even more value to my shopping experience.

While I was there, another thing that really impressed me was when another staff member noticed that my 3-year-old was feeling restless and upset. They immediately approached us and kindly offered a small toy to keep him entertained and happy. Acts of kindness like this truly set JB Hi-Fi Leichhardt apart.

As someone who has been a customer of this store for the past decade, I have witnessed changes in both the team and staff over time. However, one thing that has remained consistent is the welcoming atmosphere and customer-centric culture of the store. I’ve been to this jb hi-fi multiple times and have always had a great experience. Big thanks to Isabelle and colleagues who helped me set up my new iPhone pro max 15 and helped port my number over along with other accessories. Very easy process , highly recommend !

Had the most amazing experience at this store today. The staff were super busy with the boxing day sales but they made the effort to fix the mix up that had occured and ensure that my son's Xmas present was just right

Services are excellent in this store ,I have bought a nbn phone here but unfortunately not compatible with my modum, I return the product got a refund without any questions.

Got new phone and various accessories.. JB always has the best service and it's so worth it to visit in store. it might be a small shop but it has everything u need.

ordered a phone and the pick up message was sent to me 2 mins right after i placed the order. i love how the click n collect racks are right next to the cashiers so u don't really have to wait 5 years for them to find the order. the staffs are really chill as well🙌🏻

Great customer service at this store location. Isabelle was so helpful and professional and went that extra mile when it came to my TV purchase, which was a little complicated. Her and her manager are assets to JB's. Wish all staff were like that :)

I really like my local JB Store, they have an impressive stock of goods considering their footprint and always great specials.

Went in today for some new Bluetooth headphones and got some really great honest advice from Narika. She listened to my requirements and advised on a couple of different products listing pros and cons of each. Didn't try to upsell me to a super-premium brand and gave me some really good guidance on warranties.

Very happy with the LG product I ended up going with, thanks Narika, great customer service. Terrific having staff like you at my local JB to make sure customers get the best value for money and a genuine fit to their specific need.
