Smile Care Latrobe

Went for my annual check up staff are lovely and very helpful, the prices are reasonable and the dentist explained the process and procedure to me. I would highly recommend this practice.

Had to have a tooth extraction and was terrified. Needn’t have worried, the dentist was excellent and hardly felt a thing. The nurse and receptionists were very supportive, friendly and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend.

We had amazing service today, we had both our children with us (ages 4 and 1.5) the staff at Smile Care were so accommodating. The receptionist was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back.

The dentist we saw was great, explained everything that was going on and we didn't feel rushed at all. Wonderful experience

Extensive oral examination backed up by the dentist explaining in detail in an easy way to understand The findings, which was simplified by some very helpful images. Explained my options and designed a plan around my needs and buget.
As a person who doesn’t enjoy trips to the dentist these guys were great.

Best dentist I've ever been to! Very thorough and explains everything about what he's going to do, what he's doing and what plans we can make with no pressure at all!

Nice folks, good facilities. But. I was in for 10mins (10am - 1010am) for check up and clean. 250 bucks. That's 1900AUD per hour folks. Clean was around 6 mins I reckon. No interdental at all. Just quick polish and fluoride.

Extremely disappointed in the service I received.

Booked in for an in chair teeth whitening, and quoted $500 for the service. On arrival, they did a quick check to ensure my teeth were in suitable condition for the service, which they were. I was then told they did not have time to complete the service today and would need to come back at another time and that I was required to pay a further $120 for today.

This was extremely dishonest practice and I would not recommend this dental surgery.

Bloody hopeless receptionist, I've only ever made two appointments with them and both time she got it completely wrong! Both times the info she put on the appointment card were totally different to the info she put in their system!! Wouldn't recommend, unless you like getting stuffed around
