Charmaine ran an excellent course - highly recommended for anyone who would like to fine tune their presentation skills. I found the sections on body language and structuring a speech to be particularly helpful. Although prior to starting the course I had thought the structures of my presentations were solid, I still gained really useful new ideas on structure to help engage audiences.

Charmaine's teaching and training are life changing. By the end of the course you won't simply have learned how to be a better public speaker, but will be motivated to improve your speaking and communication in all aspects of your life.

This was a extremely thorough course which covered numerous aspects of public speaking. Charmaine gave a considerable amount of one on one feedback to all participants which vastly improved everyone's ability to confidently speak in public with the correct structure

I found the strategic methods of the A.TT.I.C.S. opening technique, various speech structures and the S.Q.A.C. closing techniques, all extremely useful.
