I hear many people complaining they didn't get tickets to a certain event. I also read people thinking they were ripped off as there online ticket hasn't come. That is because sometimes it is not sent to your email or phone(depending how you asked for them to be sent)until a few days before show Make sure you updated your email and phone number if you change them or it gets sent to old one!!!I'm absolutely VERY satisfied with my experience! I've gotten all the events I've wanted to go to. I found it easy to refund(takes a while to go back into ur account but it does come)when a certain rapper decided not to come to Australia.My advice is if you want to see someone VERY POPULAR or there is a event you want to go to DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!Find out exactly what time the tickets(pre sale) come out and make sure your ready well before the tickets are dropped to the public. I know a lot of people are mad about certain singers they didn't get tickets for but if you have a good group of friends or family and you all get on early on your own devices jump in waiting cue you are bound to get the tickets you require from at least two of you!I haven't missed one concert/event yet that I wanted to go to. I have never lined up at Melbourne city ticketek I always go through the online site for fast purchases however if I NEEDED to talk to a real person I definitely go to them directly on exhibition street(they are amazingly helpful)as they dont have good contact online for Enquiry . If you are not good navigating online or having issues with a purchase go directly to them they have main venue's you can go to with actual people. As we have all seen there customer service online is basically non existent and online is only good for purchasing the tickets fast before they sell out!Oh and last bit of advice make sure your on the correct ticketek site there are so many scam sites with very similar names!!! Just wanted to give everyone some advice as I know how frustrating it is when you don't know how to navigate this site properly!!!

Online and email support is poor, phone support is non existent but the staff at the ticketing office on Exhibition St were fantastic, very polite and helpful and helped me with two problems that I’d been trying unsuccessfully for months to resolve via email. 5 stars specifically for that ticketing office, very grateful.

Had the best assistance ever in trying to not only secure tickets but in assisting with tickets on line which was fantastic. Glad I went in personally and got what I really needed. Thank you very much.

I really ask for their immediate action to amend their system.

I live in Japan and my repeated attempt to buy the tickets of Paul McCartney have failed with error "for security reason, your credit card is blocked. Please contact card issuer".

I have contacted 4 card issuer and they all say there is no problem at their side. They did not even receive requests from Ticketek.
I think this is serious computer bug which should be amended immediately. I wish to buy the tickets asap. Urgent attention would be highly appreciated.

I know people have had bad experiences with the company but I've had no complaints. At times, have needed to change the show - they've always done it in person at the office. Through the website it takes a long time to get a response so I just go in person - staff are very helpful and friendly.

They were wonderful in helping me with a major problem and were able to fix it for me without any hassles

I had a problem with tickets bought recently. I decided to go into the city at the Exhibition St office to see if the problem could be resolved.

The 2 staff members in attendance combined together and expertly resolved my issue in around 5 minutes. Thank you Ticketek.

Great Customer Service by Ticketek today. We couldn’t make it to Disney on Ice yesterday as my daughter wasn’t feeling well and we didn’t want to risk it with COVID. However she was fine this morning and tested negative. I couldn’t get through to Ticketek on the phone, but luckily I work in the city and was able to go into the office on Exhibition St (Melbourne). They were very efficient and allowed my daughter and I to swap our tickets for today. My daughter was over the moon as she thought we missed out. It was a great show and even better as we thought we’d missed out. Thanks Ticketek.

Cannot rate the service I received highly enough. Thank you to Lara and Ceallach at Rod Laver Arena for their patience and assistance in sorting out a booking mishap that resulted in a double up purchase of tickets due to an error message being displayed at the time of booking instead of a purchase confirmation.

Such an amazing and helpful team. After Frozen was cancelled the night before, we went into the box office and they bent over backwards to get my daughter and I in before we flew back to Tassie. Good, old fashioned customer service. Made Miss 9’s year! Thank you.

I had an issue pop up with some tickets that I bought which seemed to disapear? well, they were no longer showing up on my record. Anyway, the concert was cancelled and I was getting worried that I might not get a refund. I contacted Ticketek and they sorted it out pretty quickly, sent me the refund so it all worked out (relief).

I purchased a gift voucher for Christmas for my son to use towards the Cricket World Cup but when we went to redeem it online, there was no gift voucher option for payment. After reading the Google reviews, I figured it was easier to go into an outlet to get this sorted. I could not be happier with the service provided at the Exhibition St box office, the staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. I had the tickets purchased and gift voucher redeemed with no problem at all and it only took 15 minutes. Very happy customer!

When ordering concert tickets I put the wrong phone numbers for the tickets to be delivered to, I submitted a request and heard back within a few days. The call centre doesn't work, but I was very pleased to get my tickets back.

What is this? Is it a company or a rubber? When you buy something you can't find them!!! I WANT TO CHANGE MY EVENT DAY NOT MONEY!!!! Now they are talking about Ticketek ticket terror on FOX! You deserve that. How you can sell those tickets I don't understand why????

I usually buy online then collect tickets at the Melbourne CBD outlet. Well I have found the staff there to be very professional and accommodating actually. They have always been polite and efficient. I know that people leaving one star ratings have struggled with the Ticketek phone systems, bookings etc. This review is only about the actual front house staff. They have been great. In general I have found Ticketek to be better than Ticketmaster. On two occasions I've managed to score front row tickets through Ticketek, but NEVER with the other guys, even though I have been online within the first second of tickets going on sale. Ticketmaster seem to sell their good tickets to all their rich hob nob mates before the general public even get a chance, it's disgusting.

I lost my tickets and walked into the box office on Exhibition street. Christan who helped me out was very very lovely. She calmed me down with a big welcoming smile and asked for the details she needed. Christan worked on my request straight away and within a few minutes, my tickets were re-printed and i was able to go to the event again! The whole time, Christan was very attentive, helpful and very kind. She not only did her job great, solved my problem straight away, but she also made me felt welcomed, supported and well looked after.
I understand everyone's frustration with their hotline, I waited for over 40 minutes on the phone trying to talk to someone. But Christan who works at the exhibition st Box office was fantastic! Therefore I'm happy to give them a great review.

Ticketek customer communication is incredibly fast and reliable, thorough and helpful! I received a reply less than 24 hours after my online inquiry which also allowed me to include as much information as possible, none of those nasty character limits in the text box!
