Need a doc, you need to book now. No longer bulk billed, but reasonable priced. Mah Mah was friendly and sorted me out. Will be back.

Dr Alphonsa William is by far the most professional, sympathetic and caring Doctor. She always makes the time for you and is extremely thorough.

Dr Williams is kind, caring and patient. Her follow up is excellent too. I think she is an amazing doctor! The negative for me is the management of the practice itself and how this place is run. Phone is NEVER answered which is extremely frustrating. If you need to cancel or change an appointment and you cannot do through HOTDOC, it is almost impossible to get hold of anyone. They need a better system in place here. I will leave the practice purely because of this. It feels like a train station. The attitude of some of the staff is also poor. Referrals are not sent through and you have to follow up. I understand it is a very busy practice, but phones need to be answered as doctors are loosing money by patients not turning up because no one answers calls! It is as difficult to book an appointment by phone.

I had not been to this clinic before, and they were super, crazy busy. I was treated with patience, respect and was seen by a great Doctor quickly. I will be back!

I don’t know why people give bad reviews about the waiting time, if you can’t wait then don’t go then. This is not something can be always done within 20 mins appointment time..
