Barely any help and already breach of contract, not very happy. Was supposed to receive a call back to fix it and no contact.

They give staff with mental health issues who will not attend appointments, will not even call to let know, constantly lie and when you complain they blame my mental health and leave me to explain months off non attendance by your staff. They have. Constant problems with their computers and through covid never cleaned their Renmark office to the point of cockroaches that were lying there for months. You can hear the staff urinating in the office which has a toilet with no insulation. Took months to pay for my first aid certificate leaving me to try and contact the first aid company who said that they didn't pay.
