Bill Pye Park

This is the playground I grew up playing on as a child and today I took my two children there. I may be bias but it's one of the best parks in Canberra. It's old and yet so sturdy, the fact it hasn't needed to be updated means it has many features that you cannot find else where like the mini climbing wall and the steep stairs with the holes for your child to grab onto. I would avoid this area in spring as the magpies family that lives here has done so for literally generations and they do not care about you being near them 😂 they will hurt you. I love this park. Also there is a great area for you to kick a ball around with constant adult supervision but still, adequate 👍 my two year old loves this but big kids would too!

Nice clean playground with well maintained equipment and all a good distance from the street.
Officer/Ebden is not a main road so travellers should use Majura / Limestone Ave and plan for the five more minutes that speeding through the suburbs to get to work would normally save you.

It's a great place for kids to have a swing 😁

Nice park with small but useful playground

Really nice little park. There is a swing set with two swings, an open spiral tunnel, a slide, a vertical spiral to climb, a see saw, and a climbing board with a chain. The park itself has lovely grassed areas and good shade. It is normally easy to park along the street at the back.
