The Straddie shop that, quite literally, has everything that you might need, for camping, boating, fishing, and general house maintenance supplies- and the proprieter is a delight- friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always happy to chat! I can highly recommend this shop!

Reasonable prices with a wide assortment of useful equipment and items. Very helpful staff, saved our butts when we dropped our rental car keys down a storm drain during a downpour! They were able to MacGyver it out using poles and hooks from their shop.

Awesome place and has a bit of everything. Whether you are looking for some toys, games or activities or you have forgotten your gas line, this place will be able to help. All items are priced reasonably as well comparing to mainland prices.

A kind Scottish gentleman runs this place and the best word to describe it is a bazaar. Plenty of boating, camping and especially fishing accessories here. Unusual array of tackle and the only place I've seen in recent years with low reel mount rods for Alvey reels. If he doesn't have what you want there's a darn good substitute. Not open Sunday but otherwise a good place for your gear, a chat and prices equivalent to small tackle shops on the mainland. Thank you.
