At the event I received so many compliments for the dress they really know their stuff. Also pricing was very reasonable. 100% recommend will definitely use again

Customer service is always fantastic, the girls in store are really lovely and helpful. Great range of options from casual to event dresses, especially now they stock sizes 16-22 in addition to their other sizes, I don't know any other boutiques in Perth that have such a diverse range of sizes at an affordable price.

One of my favourite stores. The staff are so helpful and are always happy. They don't get annoyed when I need to exchange and even help me to find my right size or a different style.

The worst online order I have ever placed! I have had the exact same experience as a previous reviewer that OWA said was an 'isolated incident'. It wasn't. I paid for a pair of jeans in December. I emailed them early to mid January asking where my order was and they told me they were arriving the next week. It is now middle of February and still my order hasn't arrived and suddenly they can't reply to emails! I can't even get a refund. Glad I used to work for consumer protection!

Highly recommend you take a screenshot from the Out with Audrey website and then use that image to search Ali Express before buying anything ( I found the dress I just received from Out with Audrey on there). The quality of the dress I received is so bad. See through (no lining, cheap craft material), flimsy zip (it is not concealed as listed on their webpage) no hemming and the edge of the material is crooked. I got the Luella dress. Not worth the $150 I spent with them, especially when you can buy direct from China at a way cheaper rate.
One star because they have great online service but that unfortunately doesn’t make up for the quality of the item 🥹 and I’d feel super silly wearing this to a red carpet event. Sorry!
