I made an online order to pick up. Staff were great. As soon as I walk in the doors, I'm acknowledged by the staff telling me they'll be right with me. The pick up goes well and I have a few questions which they were happy to help me out with. Definitely, without a doubt, A+ for service. There's parking out the front. I went on a weekday and had no problem getting a carpark.

These guys are awesome, a young dude named Joel was a true customer service Angel for me today and helped massively with some costly modular synthesisers I wanted to get for my brother. Seriously can't thank him enough for his kindness and understanding in my particular circumstances along with their national customer service team in general. But particularly to Joel, thanks a lot man, my brother is smiling and making some genuinely awesome tunes thanks to you. Huge props 🤙

Excellent store with a huge range of electronic music gear from controller keyboards, hardware synths (analog and digital), amps, software, control surfaces, amps, speakers and a lot more. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this place there is a great amount of products from guitars to DJ equipment and speakers. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and will always make sure you get a great deal. There isn't much parking space so it can be a little annoying driving and parking there but is ok with me because everything about the store makes up for it. If your looking for anything that they sell do not hesitate it come here

Brilliant service and great prices. Very knowledgeable staff and if you have found the product cheaper elsewhere these guys even price match.

Can't say too much, as I just popped in to grab a shock mount, but I thought the shop was very slick looking. The website has stock levels which ultimately led me to make the buy, and the price for what I'd admittedly a low cost item was very competitive.

Great service... I had a number of questions over a couple of weeks before making a purchase. These guys were open and honest, and gave me a range of speaker options to consider for my needs. These including options that were below the price I said I was looking at - its comforting to see a store offer cheaper alternatives, rather than just offering the more expensive. Their responses were always concise but useful, and always very quick. I happily parted with $3300 last week. Setting it all up today, I had some questions, and they were more than happy to talk me through things over the phone. Lovely lads.

Don't waste your time with other online store and retailers claiming their service & pricing is better. Just check the ratings on for Store DJ compared to (how do say it) that other "City" retailer one. These guys are the best at what they do and wont let you down.

Received fantastic service from the moment I walked into the Cannington store, staff there were knowledgeable, friendly and quick to get my order completed. Was invited to look around the store - even though it looks small at first appearance, I found the range of audio equipment to be comprehensive. Live stock counts on their website was great for same day pickups. My in-store experience gave me the confidence to order online, which was also positive with quick response times and speedy delivery. Great local alternative to buying from eastern state audio stores.
