My first visit to the store and it's impressive. I originally came in for a click and collect order but decided to try a couple of PRS guitars whilst there. Very nice but I wasn't sold. Then, as a last minute decision, I tried a Gretsch 5420T and was blown away by how good it sounded....so I bought it on the spot. Much thanks to Joel and Mark for being very accommodating and patient with me as I tried a bunch of gear and asked a lot of questions.

I had a great experience at Manny’s today. I felt very intimidated going into a music shop for the first time. However, a staff member (named Jesse on my receipt) was super great. He helped me pick out my first guitar and was really friendly. He followed the budget I set in place and helped me find a great beginner guitar. Thanks for making my first music shop experience a good one!

Great service. Always give the best deals. I bought a bass from here and got the price decreased for a Christmas gift. After I payed for it, I noticed a chip in the head of it. When I showed the man behind the counter, he chucked in a free fender lead in with it. What great customer service.

Decently sized music store bang in the middle of Perth, Leederville.
Shout out to Brent and George for kindly taking the time out to serve me, especially Brent. Called the store and Brent was at hand to help me out by checking stock (against the one shown on their website) and out it aside for me.
Their website will show what’s readily available in their stores (across Australia wide) and within a working hour, sorted my Helix backpack for pickup!
The store also packs a heap of other DJ, live or Studio PA products and a wide range of guitars, drums and amps.

Long story: ordered and paid for a similar product at another big brand music store, but they didn’t have it in stock, said 2 weeks to ship, but it took 6 weeks and still hasn’t shown. No upfates, not contact for 4 weeks until I chased it up hard. At the end of the day, gave up and went to Manny’s as they had it in stock!

Had a great experience at Mannys .I purchased 2 guitars one for myself +one for my wife .We were looked after brilliantly by Brent who went above +beyond to make our purchase experience easy +pleasurable. Will definitely be back .Thanks Brent

Amazing. I didn’t know about Manny’s u til another music shop suggested I try it for a bag for my son’s keyboard.
They have an excellent range and their webshop was great. I found what I wanted and called just to make sure it was in stock before I got in the car.
The staff were friendly and found what I needed quickly.

I always get good sound advice when needed on the Products they sell.I Have been buying my DJ and Home Studio gear from Mannys for the last couple of years -after shopping online for years with various companies its great to be able to go and chat with the team and they also Price match , ive had a return a large item once due to a defect and they were very helpful and swapped it straight over on the spot - great customer service with a smile .

I required help setting up a audio interface I had bought from their online service and the guys couldn't be more helpful. I took my gear in and they showed me what to do and got it going for me. Can't thank them enough.

Great place to go for your music needs, staff made me feel at home, and they had all of the studio monitors available to actually listen to to help find the one that's right for you. They even had the ones I wanted in stock :D

It's one of my favourite music stores. I have purchased a number of guitar type items because Mannys offers the best price. There is a wide range of gear so well worth the visit.

My favourite sound gear store in Perth. Awesome customer service. I had an AKG headphone break on me. They replaced it with no drama. Then, unfortunately, the new one I got as the replacement broke the same way. Lucky me, the manager at Manny's, Stian, said " I'll just give you a new one or another model for the broken one. I don't want you to deal with this frustration again"

Then we picked this Audio technical headphones and it was about $40 above the price of the AKG headphones.

Guess what! He matched the price and made our day better!

I have shopped here a few times now, and everytime I head into the store the service by the team is above and beyond. Great bunch of peeps working here, always willing to help as much as possible with what I need. Always a great vibe by all the crew. Thanks again!
